Found the full article online which lead me to the tender issued by the Housing Agency. Seeking 1,000 new builds to be leased over 25/30 years. Tender includes reference to option to buy properties at end of term.
Imagine paying for a property over 25 to 30 years and then offering to pay for it again at the end of the lease.
No wonder property investors are interested.
Time for FF to pull the plug on this madness.

This is what you would call a lie. I'll be kinder and say it's a false claim you make repeatedly despite never once backing it up. The opposition generally give reasons. Many housing experts and all the non-government parties have been critical of housing policy.
They have to be doing it for good reason, and it's not to tackle the housing crisis. It's more to make money off it. I base this on what's been happening the last ten years or more.
