Google 'blocking houses FACTCHECK' the journal.ie did an extensive check across the country and found the claim 'misleading'.
BA knows this but shoots the messenger every time without providing anything but soundbites from FG FF as proof.
have you contacted your local opposition TD yet?
I am struggling to see why you got so upset a few posts ago about the plight of these poor people and now are more interested in back and forward discussion.
So which is it? do you actual care about these people? or you more interest in a game of political point scoring?
Sorry but you are talking out of your arse. You are lying and everyone can see that. Nothing is 100% obvious as you claim.
Government minister Josepha Madigan listed among the objectors to this development. But its only the opposition that hold up new developments....
Have you a breakdown to local councillors objecting to submissions vs General public objecting to ABP after councillors allow. I know I'm not going to get an Answer but will ask anyway.
Please do not accuse me of lying. Sorry but I do not see the point in continue to clarify. It is 100% obvious you are ignoring the result because it doesn't suit your narrative.
Stop lying, when have I not accepted the results of the poll. I have previously said the people have spoken.
Please explain how I have lost credibility?
The ABP has nothing to do with opposition blocking housing. So again as I said, if you are so concerned to share the link above I suggest you contact your local opposition TD and ask why they are blocking housing.
Any chance you could explain why you are so obsessed with the RIC event?
I am slightly. The manner in which they so fabulously failed to read the room and shot themselves in the foot. And the speed of the reaction (all on the SM that apparently doesn't matter) and the velocity of the climb down and run for cover with Varadkar trying to shift the blame.
A red letter few days in politics.
More bad deals that make the crisis worse won't fix the crisis. Funny how that works isn't it?
And despite all that, the opinion polls show that FG would increase their seats from the last election.
The only conclusion to draw from that is that however bad the public think FG is, they aren't deserting them, and that says something about the quality of the opposition.
Eh, I was comparing it to the last general election. My point stands, if there was an election tomorrow, FG would increase their seats on the last general election.
That's an interesting development BUT MM knows full well what's going on , have you posted this link on other thread 🤔
Could that be due to ABP being not fit for purpose ? Seem to want to look after vested interests rather than housing.
Sorry but do you not understand how the housing and planning system works in Ireland?
If so I suggest you do some research and you will find The biggest blocker to housing is opposition parties, as you are so concerned and shared that link I suggest you contact them immediately to ask them to stop
Stop the lights. Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage can't affect house building but none Government members can.
I'm not. Not as much as you. As explained it comes up. Get over it B.
It’s not teh government blocking housing it’s the opposition, I suggest you contact your local opposition TD and ask them to get off their holidays and stop blocking the housing that could help these people. Will you do that ?
The leader of the clowns is worried
The opposition are blocking housing developments as they are gifting tax deals and money to developers to build unaffordable homes. (all objections need a reason btw)
Why are you so obsessed with the RIC event? It’s a simple question. Can you not answer it?
If ireland is full can you explain to me why the opposition are constantly blocking housing?
If you personally think it’s full as per your post can you please get onto them and tell them to stop the shite, you can share the link you shared as well when contacting them
Please let us know how you got on, feedback is welcome
The last time it came up was regarding the effect of that and other gaffes on the popularity of the government parties, FF/FG. Not the current lot led by MM and LV but the last lot led by MM and LV.
Is all this just so you can try claim this current lot of the same parties and politicians is not the same as the ones we had before? Do you think the electorate are **** idiots?
Sadly for them they aren't as trendy as they once were. No PR mileage in helping them.
Surely our Govt cannot be going on holidays this week with this going on?
I apologise, I didn't realise that , just trying to avoid going off topic and another back and fourth, I don't have the energy for that, so I apologise for misunderstanding.
FFFG policy go swimmingly as usual. Ireland is now officially full. Anyone willing to stand over this farce ?
It was an error as trying to post on an iPhone is nearly impossible with boards jumping around.
Why are you so interested in the RIC event?
Please explain because I have no idea what an event arranged by a previous government could be of so much interest
You asked a question and a follow up and got an answer each time. You're welcome. Your 'yeah but' efforts to go back to square one like you learned nothing are tedious.
Why are you obsessed with the RIC/Tan commemoration? The rest of us mention it occasionally in the context of broader discussion. Why you make a song and dance about it anytime it comes up is on you B. And rest assured it will come up again.
BA You clearly did, why did you quote me in a post to another Poster.
Let's leave it at that .
Another post to confirm, you are not accepting the result of your poll.
If you result was positive toward an election we wouldn’t see you throwing out the result like this. You have totally lost all credibility
