That 10 months was a one off ?
My most recent 3 months Sports subscription for €30 expires after this weekend, if I could be certain of a pattern of these appearing every 3 months I would sign up again as there is no sign of any 10 months subscription becoming available this year

On a 10 month pre-paid deal which ends the end of the month.

Is this likely to be the best deal to get on sports, for the new season, or could taking this block other deals?
Also a mobile only sports deal would probably suit me better if there is any options like this.

Went to cancel Sports Extra today, have less than 30 days to expiry of €10 a month for 3 months deal, was offered €10 a month for 6 months.
Was one of the reasons I cancelled Sky Movies / Cinema before switching to Now. They have the odd good thing, but nothing worth paying for.
I'll probably sub for a month at Christmas to watch Harry Potter, but that's it.
Does anybody else find the selection of movies fairly limited/shite? I have it for a fiver a month but I never use it. Think I'll cancel. The entertainment package on the other hand is a steal at €5 a month.

You could consider a capture card on a PC set up to record to a hard drive from a nowtv box or stick?
One of the sports channels shows that days games at night I think around 9pm
I’ve read eventually this service will have 4K streaming on it.
Maybe the reason for the increase on boost?
Sky do have streaming replays for certain matches, but its only certain games. Also from memory its not available same day as the match. For me this is the major disavantage of NOWTV vs SKY Q, (along with 4K broadcasts). This wont be changing anytime soon. If you want to record you need the Sky sat service.

Question for those of you that use NowTV for Premier League... Because of work, a lot of the time I can't watch matches live. Is there an option with the sports channels to watch matches later on catchup or delay the start time.

Sometimes they work beyond the expiry date.

Sometimes when you press continue as (name) usually email. It will work. Sometimes it will take a few goes.
Start a free trial of one of the packages if you have one left to use. Then activate the boost. Cancel the free trial.
