It's all falling apart alarmingly fast for Boris Johnson across the water. How long you reckon he has left as British Prime Minister? Hours surely?
How many parties are they talking about now? I've lost count.

He's going to try to tough it out....again.
I honestly do think it'll be different this this. Johnson's bumbling clown persona and charisma was great while he was the rising star, somehow always brushing off scandals (mostly by never really having that important a role for that long - Mayor of London probably longest position, but he barely stayed in Foreign Office long). And of course businesses were happy to pay and see the man touted as future PM...
But would you pay to hear a disgraced, failed PM, turfed out after scandal after scandal... And you can be damn sure all those left in the Tories will try and stick all that mud to Johnson as they try to portray themselves as renewed and squeaky clean after what happened.
Will a publisher make him an offer to write a book? Last one who did is still waiting on his Shakespeare book, years later.
Journalism? He was sacked before for lying, what vision could he offer next that wouldn't be derided.
TV? Can you imagine him going onto Have I got News for You now? Could you imagine the strips Hislip and Merton would take off him, that he couldn't just shrug off.
I can see him somehow popping up in China or Africa or Australia - where his quirky Britishness shines due to their remoteness to the damage he's done, are maybe in America on Fox, as a British Trump. Can't see much for him in Europe though.....
Can see Carrie out the door soon though, taking another lump out of his earnings
There’s a very real question now as he hangs on tonight and the right wing Pravdas unleash ****, as to why he is doing it.
Is he trying to force a buyout from the oligarchs? Pay up or I’ll damage the brand? Why else when he knows he’s politically dead in the water.
That was an interesting evening, General consensus, Boris will be toast sooner rather than later, those who stayed and supported him will have very short careers and have ended any leadership prospects. Letters flooding in to 1922 committee, they'll have a new executive in 10 days, Confidence vote rules will change , Boris and those who stayed will be Toast , still unclear who'll succeed Boris .
PMQ's and Boris's grilling at liaison committee tomorrow will be very heated and lively.
another "error of judgement"
lol.. its laughable.. beyond it actually..
almost starting to pity him (i would never make a good manager.. 1st to admit it)
BloJo is Teflon lads, he'll survive this
Who willingly quits from one of the most powerful Jobs in the world?
Utterly fuc76.
Bertie reached a point where he had to go.
Johnson doesn't even have the economy claims to fall back on that Bert did.
You could be right, I just remembered reading that article last month. Time will tell.
I kind of hope he does...the longer he drags it out the better for labour and the lib dems
I’m hoping he sends the army to the Ukraine, the next PM might not be such a big friend of the Ukraine
This is probably the beginning of the end, but part of me wants to see even more toxic stuff emerge yet to really finish him and a few of his cronies off.
Nah. He’s finished. He knows it. Money. Or worse. Interesting revelations from G Browne as to Putin’s tactics in meeting.
This is it. Surely if you’re in Labour now you’re praying for him to stay. He’s reached well past the point where most politicians would have thrown the towel in, but like Trump he doesn’t seem to realise when it’s over. Can he survive ? Surely not, but he’s certainly going to give it a bloody good try.
This surely is the end of him, but sounds like we have more fun and games to enjoy before he properly bows out.
I'm hoping Liz Truss gets the gig for the same reasons.
The bookies have Rishi Sunak as the favourite, which surprised me. I thought his chance had already gone, Penny Mordaunt is not far behind him as second favourite.
As they say in Westminster, here here
He cannot and will not send the army to Ukraine, not happening.
I agree and frankly Boris has being using the Ukranian crisis as a convenient deflection IMHO.
He's really no deflection tatics left at this stage , today's PMQ's will be brutal and its not labour to watch out for, it Conservative Bank benches to look out for.
First images of Boris out for an early morning Jog released this morning, Seems he forgot his pants.
**** is hitting him and sticking, but it's not killing him.
He's Bulletproof Boris.
He'll hang on until the last moment, thats for sure. He won't go out of any sense now embarrassment or duty.
If there's a mass resignation, he'll have no choice but to go. But if he can get to recess in 2 weeks, then he can let everything die down. Then he's back up announcing with a new scandal. The Ruanda policy was pretty good. It divided people along political ideology lines rather than just common decency lines (like this Pincher instance where he's obviously lying again).
This would kill another PM but that's no guarantee it will kill Johnson.
Boris the bullet dodger.
Why do they call him the bullet dodger?
Dodge the bullet
(idiomatic, informal) To have a narrow escape; to avoid injury, disaster, or some other undesirable situation.
Seems a perfectly reasonable description of Boris 🤔
...
But he doesnt dodge anything, in fact sometimes it seems like he jumps in front of it and then takes it fully straight in the face and just keeps on chugging along
I'd say he's done quite the opposite actually
Dodged accountability
Dodge the Truth
Dodged Honesty
Dodged Integrity
Dodged Reality
To name but a view achievements in his ability to Dodge.
But most notably he's Dodging the Obvious.
He'll of course Trundle on , Cause further damage to the Conservatives (actually, I'm quite enjoying this spectle)
He got this far, primarily because Conservatives reckoned he's electable and brings normally reluctant voters to the Conservative cause . Whilst no political expert , my humble observation is that ship has sailed, he's now Toxic and will infact insure more Tory loss of credibility, again, I'm perfectly happy with that , but he's Toast, wether very soon or within a month or two.
Ohh I agree he dodges all those but metaphorically he also never manages to dodge the bullet ie the actual issue of the day/week, he just manages to dodge all previous expected behavioral norms associated with failing to dodge any of the numerous bullets hes been hit with.
Yes, have to agree with that 😏
