Dont think there is a right place to ask this question so I'm trying here
How much diesel would a TL90a burn per hour mixing slurry with an NC 3000su agitator?
Thanks
Not sure but surely 10 lts per hour
15 euros an hour I taut it would be more
TL90A is a different engine but I have a TL90 and have driven an NC super3000 with it. Not 100% sure exactly but I would think Reggie is very much on the money. I have also driven an NC 3800 with it. Its well able to redden her.
Thanks for that, I'm thinking of buying an NC3000, I'm told the TL90a would be able for it (keeping an eye on temperature)
Jasus my hilux would use that with nothing on it
I have a claas 440 and according to dash computer it burns 20/23 ltrs an hour with adigator and loves ad blue with it.
Did you see farmer Phil talking about how easy the Kubota was on diesel, seems to add up to a lot of money.
reggie must have his agitator in Lough Owel
I did but didn't he find that it was a lot heavier on Diesel when he was running the harrow. Nice Tractor though and dead quiet it seems
The auld landini used to average 11 lts per hour on the trailed 10ft conditioner mower so couldn't see the agitator being much harder.
Was that figure got from a computer on the tractor, or did you measure what it took to refill the tank after X amount of hours? It sounds very light to me….
Thanks for the answers, it's a range from 10 to 23 litres per hour, would it be safe to say it's around 16 litres an hour
Off the computer on the dash
In fairness to her she was a miser on juice once the ad blue was turned off
Green diesel back to 139 Inc vat this morning. Amazing how the price drops when the first cuts finish up
The disappointing thing about that price is that when I read your post I was delighted at how cheap its after getting and straight away thought to myself I better order in some quick.
How sad is that when €1.39 seems like good value for green when really it’s more than we should be paying for white…
My father filled up a drum of green diesel in local circle k garage, they now have a policy of asking anyone buying green diesel to write their name and address to a piece of paper which they keep and staple a copy of receipt to.He was told revenue informed garage's at the start of week to do this.He obviously just put John Smith Ireland, anyone else hear of this
One of the lads here about 2 weeks ago left the yard without filling with diesel. He was working over 10 miles away when he rang looking for diesel. I sent him to a local filling station near him for some and he had to give them my name and address as the owner, his name as the driver and the reg of the tractor before they’d allow him to fill. Seems a bit OTT to me.
I'm in the same boat myself. Thinking that it's value
Wtf is that all about
I think with the recent price gouging revenue may have noticed a big spike in green diesel being purchased.
Maybe but what would it have to do with revenue?
Being used in cars
The price of Brent has been dropping for the past 2 weeks. This spike started in may and topped out around around the 10th of June. The price of diesel always follows this by about 2 weeks. Just pure unlucky that it landed as the majority of silage was being knocked
Oh yeah never thought of that
Daughter works in local shop anyone buying green at the pumps has to fill out their name, address and registration number. It's going on a while now. Also cctv at the pump which revenue can view anytime
I'd say they are on very shaky ground legally doing something like that, if some asked me for details as such I'd tell them to fcuk off for themselves
Daughter only doing what she's told to do
Any reports of fuel being stolen out of yards or tanks?
Sure that was happening before prices Increased
