That's one way of looking at it. An argument could be made that she was gifted her father's seat out of sympathy. Her gender is only relevant as it is what got her to where she is. Without gender quotas and the hunger for Twitter likes, she wouldn't have the job. She's not good at her job. She's weak and ineffective on Justice and everything she does has a feminist spin on it.
