I think he is referring to the Supreme Justice Clarence Thomas opinion regarding reconsidering SJ rulings related to gay rights including sex acts and marriage, and the right to contraceptive. I don't think its a jump when it is spelt about by a sitting supreme justice. Would you applaud if those rulings were also repealed and brought to back to individual states?

Yes those rights are only there because of supreme court judgement on whether they are constitutional rights so this has definitely opened the door to them being repealed. Ben Shapiro and other right wing commentator having being saying since the leak on this judgement that the SC should repeal these rights.
Though as George Carlin once said there are no such things as rights only Privileges the government that grant and take away.

The UN declaration of Human Rights is not supreme to the US Constitution in the jurisdiction of the United States.
If the constitution doesn't defend it, and passes it back to the states, it doesn't matter what the UN says, states will begin criminalizing homosexuality.

Third trimester abortion is wrong , no ? A baby carrying person who goes 7-9 months suddenly decides to opt out , but at that point a living breathing conscious soul is involved and needs to be protected , you wouldn't agree?

Yeah expect economic woes will prop up the Republican vote and only slowly will they begin to repeal rights not explicitly mentioned in the constitution or thought of favourably in the bible so basically next; gay rights and contraceptives.
Less than 1% of abortions take place in the third trimester, and a lot of them are down to two reasons - more information on a fatal foetal abnormality and being unable to access abortion in the first 24 weeks of the pregnancy for a variety of reasons.

The "progressive" faction of the Democratic party, had Bernie as its candidate last time.
Bernie did well in States with very large numbers of middle class whites. His campaign foundered when African American voters pushed back and finished it.
Less Abortion means a lot more African Americans in years to come, that may well see a further dashing of "progressives" plans.
