The dissolving of the Russian federation is actually in China's interest, although they'll never openly state that. China would never interfere in letting Russia dissolve because the eastern part has de facto been in an extension of Chinese economy since the dissolution of the USSR.
China already leases large tracts of Russia for mining and solar farming so a dissolved Russian federation means another fire sale.
