Nude, sexualised shows = not for kids. Fully clothed drag shows = fine if they like it.
So the OP found some images on the far corners of the web. We can just call this thread "Nudie shows for kids: good or bad", but no, the OP has an agenda against bad bad trans woke lefties corrupting innocent children to push.
Nobody's trying to be offended, how can anyone defend the indefensible is beyond me.

When I was a kid we had our local drag queen Michael Tierney RIP in Ennis, he was very flamboyant, a pure gentle man he delivered newspapers and was a different class to what's out there today. The old school drag or trans never sexualized their personas they just liked getting dressed up and mincing around the place.Harmless and accepted by the local community. Just men who were different and everyone had a soft spot for them. Even the local thugs and hard men had no issues.
A lot of the old school LGBT community are disgusted with the new age direction. It's sickening to see how it's been hijacked by people who by common observation knows it's wrong.
To allow any element of paedophilia creep through a back door into LGBT+ or Pride serves nobody in society any good. It is dangerous for all concerned except the perpetrators. To condone any such elements here is to condone paedophilia.
Except there's nothing anti-LGBTQ about this. The vast majority of the thread has been about questioning whether exposing children/minors to this kind of content is appropriate.
I have not seen one offensive post relating to LGB.. as for the rest, it's more of questioning why it should be thrust into the faces of children. Surely, you're capable of seeing that? As opposed to dismissing the concerns of everyone as being unreasonable, simply because it touches on LGBTQ.
As for LGBTQIA, it's great when you can place everyone within the same category, and that way any criticism directed at one group, is extended to the whole overall category. Awfully convenient for shutting down criticism and refusing to deal with any negative aspects, or consequences.
The strategy is to reframe the thread as "targeting LGBT people" and, by extension, any criticism within the thread must then, by default, be "homophobic".
Then the thread can get closed down on those spurious grounds.
Hopefully this doesn't come to pass, as the thread is anything but "anti-LGBT".
In fact, I'd say most LGBT people would be against what we've seen in those photos.
Most LGB people I know don't like being included with the TQIA (awaiting more letters to add), as if we're all one happy family, with similar interests and beliefs. I suspect you understand that sentiment. Never quite understood the desire to lump us all together.
But yeah, there is a remarkable resistance to any form of criticism, and all discussion that isn't 100% supportive must be discredited (usually emotionally rather than logically) and shutdown. It's an extension of the PC movement, and how that operated.
Anyway... we're allowing ourselves to be distracted with the LGBTQIA stuff.
I'm sure a lot of the alphabet "allies" would be shocked if they found that it hasn't always been one big supportive family. Hell the L and G bits barely got along for a long time. 😅
The one thing about religions and cults is that they always find a way to absorb or to explain away criticism. There's always a way around the problem, or a heretic to persecute who isn't following the party line.
The defenders of these extremist child drag shows are demonstrating precisely that. Their starting point is to draw a link from these shows to the wider "LGBTQIA Movement", and so they feel they must defend it, or to abuse those who condemn these shows as somehow having an ulterior motive against their interests. When there is no ulterior motive.
We just believe children shouldn't be exposed to adult entertainment - whether straight OR gay.

People just can't separate what they're looking at into separate issues. They see drag and their brain remembers "I'm pro-LGBT so I must defend this."
People are trying so hard to be progressive and open minded that their brains are falling out.
Exactly. But not just entertainment, but adult knowledge/awareness. Why are we in such a rush to destroy a childs innocence? Can't we have a society where children remain children for longer?
Because they need to indoctrinate and normalise everything from the earliest possible age. Normalise all the creepyness and weirdness. Get them from an early age not sure what they're allowed to ask or question.

I remember seeing an Irish academic create a hypothetical sexual education program a few years ago. I'm not sure why exactly she was doing it, but she did it all the same. One of the things that she thought that children needed to learn about was kink sex 🤮

Well when that young kid Desmond with the stage name "Desmond is amazing" paraded for a time on mainstream US media drag act as a freakshow was strutting around a stage at night in a club getting money thrown at him, it was a load of Gay men in that club who raised the alarm, contacted authorities and the media because of their serious concerns about it.
Personally speaking if I see someone defending young children being exposed to half naked strippers, men or women, and encouraged to put cash in their belts as some twisted simulacrum of adult sexual behaviour and hardly that healthy of adult sexual behaviour to boot, I consider them either a dribbling fúckwit, a twisted deviant, or both.
I think its okay to introduce kids to the concept but I wonder what they have to offer as entertainment? They can't do risqué banter or double entendre.
They would be just lads dressed as women. The novelty would wear off after a few minutes and kids wouldn't be aware or interested in any symbolism or statement. More for parents to feel 'right on'?

I doubt it. Not yet anyway.
But look at social change over the last twenty years... invariably what happens in other western nations, gains acceptance across them all. It's hard to resist people's rights when they're protected/promoted elsewhere. I can remember when Pride events weren't tolerated in Ireland, or any real display from the LGBQ community (all of which tend to be quite adult in the material presented), but now, there's street shows, and it's even made it's presence in St Patrick day events. What will be tolerated or promoted in another decade?
I do think it's important that we consider what's happening elsewhere, and consider whether we want such things to become accepted here, before it happens.. rather than waking up one day to it being the norm.

An event titled, "Glitter Hole", that was seeking children between the ages of 3 through 7 to introduce "Queer role models".
How can anyone in their right mind find this kind of thing appropriate?
Children don't even consider their sexuality at this kind of age, they should be left innocent and to do what children usually do at these ages.

I'm curious.. do you consider some concepts to be solely the domain of adults? How about bestiality or nudity flashing? would you introduce the concept to children in an unjudgmental way and think it's fine to do so? When it comes to Trans related events, they're promoting that it's acceptable to be that way, and encouraging children to "come out" as trans, so it's not really just introducing the concept.
My point is that we separate children, teens and adults because there are many aspects of society/culture which they shouldn't be exposed to early, before they've developed the ability to sort information for themselves, rather than others influencing them in an inappropriate fashion.
