25% off on them, in particular the Nikes, be considered a relatively low price for them? Considering giving them a crack (would prefer from Nike themselves with the try and return policy) but trying to suss out is 190-ish considered low for them. Haven’t spent a whole lot of time tracking their prices to know what constitutes a good deal or not.
190ish isn't bad. I would have said you'll get cheaper but Nike deals seem to be few and far between these days. Or maybe it's just a clever marketing ploy by them.
To be honest the 25% off the Endorphin Pro was more tempting for me (I didn't purchase).
Saucony have generally been my ‘go to’. Have a set of the Pro v1’s and at marathon distance, felt great and trust them at that distance. Didn’t feel that same kind of super shoe performance at shorter distances from the, though. There is an innate curiosity to see what else is out there, but also wary of the amount of money these things cost and the worry of it not feeling ‘right’.
Yeah understandably so.
I have tried all of them so I have my own opinions formed but I can see why someone might be slow to commit without a returns policy like Nike. That being said I don't know what alltricks returns policy is.
On Nikes return policy seems they've gone back to the pre covid terms of only 30 days.
Yeah, I see the word 'credit note' mentioned in terms of a return, although that could be the French translation. Mind you - not that a credit note wouldn't go to waste as I've used them a few times already. But thanks for your input, Swashbuckler - your opinion on shoes is pretty valuable and so far, yet to steer me wrong (even if when I see you posting on this thread or the shoe thread, it tends to potentially cost me money! 🤣)
I call it "sharing the guilt". 😆😆😆
Forerunner 45 is a great running-only watch if you want all of the essentials with none of the faff.
on 45% discount from Garmin store on Amazon for £89. There’s a new FR55, which might explain the discount, but personally I can’t see any changes to the tech spec, but they’ve added even more of the coaching faff :)
Deal of the day: Garmin Forerunner 45 GPS Running Watch with Garmin Coach Training Plan Support - Lava Red, Large https://amzn.eu/d/dXJQkzS
For people with small hands https://www.amazon.co.uk/Forerunner-GPS-Small-White-Renewed/dp/B084K23J3X the Garmin 45S is 69 pounds
Nike themselves had a 50% off sale on the Alphaflys last Xmas and the Vaporflys were reduced to approx 160 or so a few months back so if you're patient and can wait for these sporadic deals to come around every so often (usually on the Nike app) then they could be good opportunities to try them out while risking less cash if they don't suit you.

MetaRacers for €120, plenty of sizes available.
You may need to login to see that price.
Sadly not seeing it at that price and I logged in. A shoe I'm very curious of but never went for (yet).
EDIT: Nevermind, I went to the end and it's there for 120. Sadly, it's only the blue model for 120, the white model is 200 and no sign of the orange version.
365rider have some good deals at the moment. Most notable ones I spotted were the Endorphin Speed 2 for 110, takumi Sen 8 for 120 and RC Elite for 155.
Good shout. Got the Endorphin 2 for 105 with the SEASON5 code. Exceptionally cheap.
New Balance Rebel V2 for €91 delivered on this Danish site - I love them, just turned over 700km in a pair this evening.
Found them even cheaper here. Is this site legit? €87.49 seems way too cheap.

I've never used "runnerinn" but have used their sister sites "bikeinn" and "swim Inn" and I didn't have any real issues. I ordered a pair of pedals for a bike 2 weeks ago and received them last week.
Yeah, Runnerinn/Bikeinn/Trekinn etc are legit. I've used them over the years.
Great price, I can get a pair for 85, don't think I can say no to that!
Bizarrely cheap. Fill your boots! Bought those Rebel V2 above this morning, already have a new pair of Speed 2 jsut out of the box
I wanted to get some stuff on bike inn but to be honest it looked so cheap it looked to good to be true.
you reckon it’s totally legit?
Ya, they are a massive company.
Where do they ship stuff from?
mental low price on some Garmin stuff I’m looking at.
they charge for shipping but the discount is well worth it.
just have to find a discount code now haha
Now I know they are legit I’ll be sticking an order in
Elverys have Puma Deviate Nitro Elite, an Olympic medal winning shoe, reduced from €200 to €120 at the moment in most men's sizes...a quality racer
I only see them in womens? Might be searching wrong though. Could you link them here?
Anyone who doesn't want to part with their hard earned cash shouldn't look on Alltricks right now.......
👀 I need to get rid of runners not add to them🤣
That's a mistake on their part...they are mens
I already have the wife questioning why there is a mysterious shoe-sized package unopened in the box room as it is! 😂
