Doesn't sound to terrible ( unless it's your own loved ones I know ) ....until you multiply it up by the day 700 and 3500 a week ... By the month .. a year , I'm struggling to imagine it ...
And I can't imagine the Russian figure are good either
This whole nazi thing is just an excuse. Britain has neo nazis so maybe we should invade? As for the separatists, they are Useful idiot - Wikipedia
The Swedish are getting involved too , sending more Anti tank weapons and antiship missles on top of other munitions
Dead Russians. Serious stuff
"the Swedish Navy has two types of coastal anti-ship complexes at its disposal. The first is the RBS-17 Hellfire short-range RCC, an AGM-114 Hellfire missile adapted for shooting at naval targets. The firing range of such a missile is 9 kilometers.
The second type is RBS-15, with a range of up to 300 kilometers. For comparison - the anti-ship missile Harpoon in the ground version has a range of up to 125 kilometers"
RBS-15 please,

NATO supply route hit-
I just checked this Twitter account out as it appears to be German, or at least all his tweets are in German. This guy regularly shares & retweets alt-right talking points, Russian propaganda and outright conspiracy theories, so tread with caution with that guy!
Bit of an overreaction. They didn't hit NATO anything.
And that tunnel is in Lviv Oblast, so still within Ukraine. If confirmed, that would mean that the railway line across the Carpathians to Uzhorod and the border with Slovakia is cut off, at least until the tunnel can be repaired.
Europe, despite all its cultural and scientific achievements has traditionally been a very bad neighborhood.
Most posters will have grown up under the greatest peace project the continent has ever seen, the EU. All the hubristic empires have dismantled themselves and commited themselves to multilateralism and continental cooperation.
All but one...and they want to send Europe back to the 19th century.
If that means peace through superior firepower and having the bigger stick, so be it. Modern Russia hasn't disabused itself of the notion that landgrabs and irredentism aren't acceptable any more, and won't be accepted.
Kub drone seized
For context
Just joking.
"Following the talks between the Turkish side and representatives of Ukraine, Russia and the United Nations, a "road map" has been prepared, which will ensure the operation of the "grain corridor" under the auspices of the United Nations. It is expected that all stakeholders will hold a meeting in Istanbul in the coming days to discuss the details of the roadmap. The following issues are planned to be considered in a quadrilateral format: route, insurance, ship security, demining of ports, as well as the composition of the command center
According to diplomatic sources, the Presidents of Ukraine and Russia, Volodymyr Zelensky and Volodymyr Putin, are positive about the cooperation on the "grain corridor".https://www.unian.ua/economics/agro/turechchina-pidgotuvala-dorozhnyu-kartu-z-rozblokuvannya-eksportu-ukrajinskogo-zerna-novini-11851701.html
If this happens then Odessa is safe from attack and its frees up men and equipment for other areas. It is also a defeat for Putin and no land corridor to Transnistria.
Well, fair dues for the Grant fella for going over there.
Another American arnaments supply option is to supply artillery that can fire up to , say, 150 km on the condition that they will be used from at least 150 km from the Russian border. This would mean that these artillery pieces would support those artillery pieces near the front lines and with a shorter range. So while the shorter range pieces are loading/ moving the longer range pieces could come into play. In this context the Russians would have less time to reorganise, etc, etc, etc, etc . Ukr might need these longer range pieces anyway if Russia go significantly further to the west. They would give Ukr much wider options rehitting Ru targets
The Ukrainian army has shown it's not run by fools. Give them the best possible weapons and let them scare the crap out of the RuSSians. Outgunning them from a distance means fewer dead Ukrainians.
And, yeah, maybe they shoot the cr*p out of Belgorod or other depots. Sucks for the people there. RuSSia will make more threatening noises is all. Giving the Ukrainians longer-ranged weapons might even hasten the departure of Putler.
Depends on which generation of rbs 15 the swedes are sending , if it's new, fresh from the factory ones then that's up to 300 km , if it's older ones that are being removed from service then not so much ..
Latest operator starkey video features a Irish volunteer called Aiden in Hostomel
This guy has been called out a few times, claiming to have knowledge of things on the ground that turned out to be false.
As Zelenskyy said, this war can be wound up in a matter of weeks if they get what they need.
By who?
What they need is a no fly zone and that just isn't going to happen.
This is what the Swedes are sending Robot 17 system aka the American Hellfire missle ,
Seems the consensus being talked about on various channels is the Russians are looking to take the whole blacksea coast off ukraine as far as Moldova
With the amount of NATO intelligence that Ukrainian army chiefs must be getting, it wouldn't surprise me at all if NATO were advising tactics as well.
Agree on the longer range weapons. Seems like modern warfare is all about being able to hit your enemy the hardest from the greatest distance.
That's been mooted for a while now. As things stand, I don't see how the Russians can press toward Odessa. Their previous land assault failed and the waters around the port of Odessa are reportedly heavily mined, making amphibious assaults rather risky. That isn't to mention the news about Ukraine getting Harpoon missiles to really soften the cough of the Russian navy. Additionally, Odessa is also much nearer to friendly territory and Ukrainian supply lines. Overall, a much harder fight.
