little by little.
2 more aircraft yesterday
Zelenky has said between 80-100 a day is the average,so day 98 make it 9800.Severodonetsk has claimed more than the average.
Civilian deaths are much higher if we go off Zelenskys average as Mariupol may have 20'000
Peace and Neutrality Alliance
Sounds like something Putin would be all over giving financial support.
I'd say they are loosing far more soldiers on Russia than 100 - I'd say it's in the many thousands as they look to force Russia out of their country.
I wonder if anyone has a source for an estimate of Ukrainian deaths (soldiers, rather than the many civilians Russia is also killing).
I hope some wake up from the delusion of a peaceful Europe. Europe has never been, and never will be, at peace.
In reality Europe is about managing endless conflict.
Ukraine loosing 100 soldiers a day dead and 500 wounded.

I think the recon ability of those drones is far more valuable than their firepower. Combined with the range of the MLRS that they're getting they'll be able to hit huge chunks of russian held territory.
No. It's easier to block off a cellular network. What they're doing is switching off cell towers and/or switching off the routing equipment in areas under their control. To do that to starlink they'd have to be in control of california (Or where ever starlink is based).
They could try blocking the frequencies that starlink used but that would be hard. they'd need a really big jammer and there's a good chance that it would mess us their own stuff.
Not the first to do so but
Without commenting on the veracity of the message, that guy is an absolute horseshit artist who just takes public info, videos etc and tries to pass them off as his own and often does it with grossly incorrect info. It is highly unlikely he is even in Ukraine.
Unfortunately their raping and pillaging strategy is getting them over the line.
I mean hopefully, the more they can get the Russians to split forces and stretch supply lines the better. Russia has been vastly improved since they focussed in the east Donbas, there **** logistics have just about been able to cope.
As I said in my post, Europe is now looking at ways to divest from Russian energy, so Russia is now looking down the barrel of diminishing political influence from its fossil fuel exports, whether it controls the price of gas or not. Russia has shown its true face, here, and what a threat it poses to Europe. It is imperative that Europe gets away from the political control that Russia possesses or else be hamstrung if and when Russia decides to attack other countries on Europe's eastern flank.
Until their Spring conscript intake is trained, they don't really have any. What level of equipment they can give to those conscripts is another matter, or level of training for that matter.
Nukes are likely to work as well as most russian stuff, yes, it's a cheap dig, but sure why not.

What's their other options, the air force don't appear to have fully joined in.
Do watch the video I posted earlier. It's not that Ukraine has some special gas or oil, it's the fact that Russia cannot control the price and more importantly cannot get political influence if there are real alternative suppliers of gas to Europe.
Nukes highly unlikely to happen.
The Americans had the 'atomic Watermelon'. A nuclear device, approximately the size of a, er, watermelon, with a yield of 20 tons of TNT. Maybe the Russians have similarly small devices in its armoury. Or maybe when it comes to nukes they believe that size matters. Anyway, so far the nuclear line appears to be one that the Russians are unwilling to cross.
Ah the oul nuke argument again. Never change drunky monkey.
They've 6000 odd nukes. Can you make a mini one?
With what?
What does Ukraine have in terms of resources that Russia does not have in fair abundance. Russia has its own gas, its own oil. If I google Siberian agriculture, there appears to be some pretty fertile land in pockets along Siberia's southern frontier, and considering Siberia's sheer vastness, these pockets are not insignificant parcels of land for farming the food Russia needs.
Even securing the pipelines which run through Ukraine into Europe, this invasion has spurred much of Europe to finally have the conversation about divesting from Russian energy, so those pipelines may not be worth the fight in the end. Russia would be better off at this stage to get cracking on building/expanding their pipeline network eastward to its new bestest bosom buddy.
Whatever about the strategic arguments that could be made for Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the beginning, it appears that the red mist has descended and it has turned into one where the ideological motivators have taken over. Just smash Ukraine and kill Ukrainians for having the temerity not to want to be little Russians anymore. A dwindling power lashing out. Memo to Lavrov - the world is not unipolar, but Russia is not one of the poles any more, nor is it their god-given right to be. A fact which the Russian elite appear to be psychologically unable to handle.
I suppose the world needs Russia to just fk off soon.
As for Russia just going gung ho. What do you think they've been trying to do for months. This is their hung ho.
For me it's obvious, that this war is about gas...
Possibly, you'd wonder why the US and Allies are announcing all these things are they tryign to hurry up the war, what ever happened to the element of surprise.
What do you think he's trying to do in Donbas? That's why the Russians are pushing so hard at Severodonetsk, Lyman and other locations. There's a chance of the Russians becoming active on the Northern flank again and making another push towards Kyiv, but honestly, I can't see how they'll be able to master the strength for that, even with Belorussian help, for all that that is worth.
Could be why he might take another go at the capital before they can arrive.
Finally the predators are being sent massive capability improvement over the Turkish Ones they have been using to a fair Degree of success , especially if they get hellfire missles too ,I been hoping the would get a few of these since the start of the invasion
At what point does Putin go feck this, lets hit them hard now before all these weapons arrive.
