You need to compose yourself. The topic is government parties using fake accounts. All I claimed was Leo floated the idea and we know fake likes and retweets were given from Turkey.
The rest is you calling out a claim I never made.
Also I know only too well if a FG'er member confesses and apologises for something yourself and fellow travelers will swear blind he never did it. Fun, but damages any argument you might raise.
I don't think that those "people online" quite understood what was happening with the pirate flag thing. That was a social media trend and many of those were replaced with Ukrainian flag emojis. As has been shown above, FG has a history with Social Media and your attempt to blame people who don't support the government for the likes on various government tweets is not supported by any evidence.

Unless you have some actual evidence as I suggest already then we agree that the government part was to shut down the dodgy accounts. As I said, we will have to put it down to pure chance that opposition supporters had all the information they would need available and ready to go straight away after it happened. Pure luck

We agree that they had fake likes and shares. Thats the facts. You believe it was nothing to do with them. I believe it was an attempt to look popular, which is what people pay for. Also Leo likes the idea as we know.

If you are going to try using American expressions, can you at least get them right? It is "a swing and a miss" not "a hit and miss".
Nobody is certain who arranged it and Twitter deletes many bot accounts each day. Some of the media coverage from the war in Ukraine showed small bot farms and the seems to consider bot accounts to be quite disposable in that they use mobile phones for verification and probably use pay as you go sim cards. Meatbots are generally people who are paid or are activists who respond to various Tweets or posts. I think that the last series of "Homeland" had one of these troll farm operations as a plot theme. Social network analysis is often used by SM companies to detect such activity.

Now as I already asked do you have any evidence to share?

There has been no independent inquiry into it. They were fake accounts and Twitter will close fake accounts, no questions asked.
You bought the line from the very people caught out.

Yes the government is going to buy likes but hire a company which wouldn’t even bother to create fake Irish names 🤦♂️🤦♂️ but create loads of fake accounts with foreign names

As I already said the only recent event with the government was clearly badly arranged by a group of people who don’t support the government. When caught out they ran for the hills but try to churn it back up again
If you read the thread you will be aware the government shut down those account with twitter help ASAP. Unless you have an alternative???
