Remember, balance due 1/March - 7/March folks. On my CC it came in at 284.47 Euro for ticket and coach (No protection/bottle)
Let the excitement begin!
We have missed the bus more than once (Delayed flights/whatever) and our tickets were at the gate
I harassed them a bit with three emails, including a light threat of legal action given we had paid postal charges and live in a Common Travel Area with open borders which doesn't fit into the 'overseas' definition. They backed down and agreed to post mine, and having set a precedent they had to honour that request for anyone else who asked. Several did. It's all on the thread. That's one less extra hassle on the day.
Just checked the see tickets website and its still showing as box office collection pick up for our tickets even though they emailed me confirming they would post out tickets/CV tickets.
There were a few of us who received the same email few months back. Can yous check to see if yours has been changed ?
Maybe they forgot to update the site. Think I'll drop them an email just to be sure
I've just tracked my tickets using the ticket confirmation number, under Delivery Details it says my tickets "are in stock and will be despatched shortly to the address provided". My Address Details above that is my Dublin address. Am feeling hopeful it'll work out for those of us who requested posting...
Just checked and it says the same here for me 🤞
Says the same here. I wouldn't put it past See to still go "oops couldn't post them". Had the same happen a few times with them in the past with non Glastonbury tickets. All signs they were going to post them and then it turned into a collection. Hopefully not this time though.
Full lineup
That's quite a difference between Sat Pyramid and Other stage. lol
How do you mean?
Well, I just mean on The Pyramid you have Macca, and Noel Galaghar and on T'Other you have Megan Thee Stallion and Burna Boy. Not much of an overlap in genres :D
Noel and Macca vs Burna Boy and Megan Thee Stallion.
That looks class. How to be in five different places at the same time is the problem.
I wonder will Robert Plant and Alison Krauss mostly play Led Zeppelin songs. Seems like they haven't played since 2015 and only did 2 zeppelin songs back then.
No they only do a couple. And in the Nashville type style aswell.
Here's the Clashfinder :: Glastonbury 2022 Clashfinder it'll probably change a bit between now and the festival.
I was nearly going to print the full line up out in work but it's 57 pages haha
I don't usually see much on The Other Stage, often too much indie landfill from the 90s/2000s, but the Friday is superb.
Sat headliner clashes are very bad, and Diana Ross vs Fontaines DC. Do I not like that?
Absolutely not even a conversation. Youll see Fontaines loads of times. Youll never see Diana again.
Fontaines have 1 good song aswell and its basically a rip off of Search and Destroy by iggy and the Stooges.
While I wouldn't really be a Diana Ross fan, yeah, you'll never see her again (No spring chicken and fear of flying means she doesn't tour very often). She should be good cheezy fun if the crowd is in the mood. Lional Richie was fantastic a few years ago, remember? And I'm kind of sorry I missed Kylie even though I'm not really a fan. The Legends set is usually great craic (Tom Jones was the first Legends set I saw)
Just received a reply from Seetickets -
'Please ignore this, I have checked and you are on our manual list for delivery.
Your tickets will be posted in the coming weeks'
Fingers crossed !
If you go into Clashfinder > customise > highlights you'll have a list of everything. Highlight what your interested in then go back to Clashfinder > show only highlights. It'll hide any stages you've nothing highlighted on. This approach is handy for finding acts with more than one appearance too!
Libertines on at 1130 in the morning what's happened there ?
Kind of cutting it close, no? Fingers crossed, Meself.
Pete Doherty goes to bed at 12.
Agree on the Ross v Fontaines DC clash, only clash that has annoyed me, but an easy one to decide on, Ross all the way, Fontaines are playing Limerick in December and I doubt I'll ever see Diana Ross in Dolans.
No standout headliner for me on the Sunday, will give me time to roam.
I know !!! Let's wait (hope) and see.
Thanks
Friday afternoon looking a lovely stretch:
Confidence Man (Park)
Dry Cleaning (Park)
TLC (West Holts)
Seun Kuti & Egypt 80 (West Holts)
But the first clash dilemma is the Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott (Acoustic) vs The Jesus & Mary Chain followed by Primal Scream (JPT).
Then Craig Richards (Wow), LTJ Bukem (Deeply Rooted), Don Letts (Glade Dome) or John Digweed (Glade).
Glorious problems to have!
I’ll definitely be at that digweed set, his glade sets are always great.
Thursday night Stonebridge is insane, but there's very little chance of getting in ffs. Plus there's no toilets so you have to leave and queue again.
Just noticed LTJ Bukem while jealously glancing through the stage line ups. Nice to see him still getting the respect he so richly deserves.
Same for me, but I'll catch the end of the Fontaines as I reckon that set will be a special moment for them.
