Doesn't look like there's a thread yet (sorry for the lack of an intro π)
Danny Ric in the barriers in FP2
Pitwall: "Is the car all right?"
Danny Ric: "Em, I'm all right"

How long is the heavy rain supposed to last?
No, not according to Sky.
Will the formation laps come off the race distance since they're using fuel?
Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Oh wait it's still lashing on part of the circuit
absolute bs how that βstartβ panned out. Itβs as if the FIA are looking to completely cleanse what is already an over cleansed sport. Woeful decision.
This is the situation where you want Massi on the radio saying "It is called a motor race, lets go racing"
Leclerc can't catch a single break in Monaco.
Sky have exclusive rights in Germany also.
Straight onto inters, no doubt
You cannot pit for inters until the SC comes in
Wonder will this weather suit Sainz. Maybe the Mercedes. Stroll and Perez sometimes good in the wet
Pure nonsense.
Anyone near the back will be putting inters on at the end of lap 1, catch the pack by the end of lap 3, pass anyone who pits lap 2.
Come on, this is meant to be the pinnacle of motorsport.
Michael Masi is no longer the race director yeah ?
Race control ensuring that there is no risk of an exciting race. For a while there I thought there was a very small chance a few overtakes, but not to worry thy wonβt happen now.
Jesus what a joke this is. What are we waiting for. For a minute it looked like the rain could actually make a Monaco GP interesting, they seem determined to avoid that
I remember when F1 fans used to take the piss out of Indy cars for refusing to race in the wet.
Utter shambles from race control.
Well at least it started raining again!
This
All day long
Absolute clownshow.
Now the rain is even worse, if they started on time instead of faffing around we would have 20 cars clearing the standing water and be racing. Instead we've got this mess
Aside from all the rain shambles, it was nice to get a brief sight of Eddie Jordan at one stage on the grid.
Pity the rain didn't come after the start
Indy500 will finish before Monaco
Could have been a really interesting beginning to the race with different tyre strategies and a real test of the teams and drivers. A shame race control are determined to put a stop to any interest.
Shambles
Ah here. They can pit to change tyres....
Put them all on inters and let them race
