This thread is becoming less and less about lifehacks 🤣
You might want to check what sort of strings it has first.
Also somewhat similar to this, before getting a car I used to use a 60L backpack to transport large items on my bike. Like I once bought a 3m long tree-shearer in Lidl and cycled home with it sticking out of the backpack 😆
(was on an off-road cycle path so no traffic to worry about)
...
..
Didn't really take a pic, but here's a mini lifehack I came up with yesterday when I needed to work outside on my knees but didn't want to dirty or rip my trousers (didn't have a kneeling pad to hand)
😎
Ok maybe I'm drunk but wtf am I looking at?
How to make a bow for a present.
...doesn't work too well if you're driving.
It's probably already been said but how in the name of jaysus did I make it to almost 48 years old and not know you can use a regular house door key to release a trolley at the supermarket. Years of scrambling for coins, searching the floor of the car. I even drove to lidl one time and had no coins so had to drive home.
😁Did you not think of going in and asking someone at the tills to give you some change?
I have done that before but I think it was more anger at myself that drove me home. All with the key in my hands ha ha, I'm a dope.
Take a bow 😀
Take it just works with Lidl €1 not Aldi €2 trolley.
It also doesn't work on those trolleys that have a little drawer instead of a slot.
must try that... were you shown it, or just figure it out?
Read it somewhere about 6 months ago and have been using it in Lidl since, not sure if it works elsewhere. Slot the head of the key in and pull the key out and off you go.
I've no idea, only Lidl near me. Although I'd say it would. Give it a go.
You can use old 2p coins in Aldi ;)
oh right.. thought you stuck the small bit in ... ah too much hassle to take keys off the ring
I'll try it in an emergency though 😂
Have used the house key a good few times in the last couple of years for the trolley at Lidl alright. 😅 First time was probably 4 years ago but the last 2 years for obvious reasons haven't had a lot of change floating about.
