It's all falling apart alarmingly fast for Boris Johnson across the water. How long you reckon he has left as British Prime Minister? Hours surely?
How many parties are they talking about now? I've lost count.

You mean the same GB News that you predicted would be gone by now? The same GB News that is performing better than TalkTV and Piers Morgan? I turned out to be right about that, too. But as for that false and misleading allegation, I'm not even going to address that as objective observers of that thread understand perfectly well what went down.
And this is just a poor attempt to deflect from the disgraceful personal jibes that you've levelled against Johnson and the Conservative Party over the course of this thread. Rather than engage with the points on Johnson and the CP, you resort to insulting them from afar, calling them "venal" and "bigoted".
without reading the court notes, it is impossible to state that. We have no idea what was explained in court and it could well be, that the prices these companies were offering very competitive.
Bearing in mind, of course, that an FFP2 mask was 50c at the start of February and had risen to over €4 in a few weeks. Anyone with connections to agents in China who could get PPE were being asked to do so and these agents, were then selling the goods several times over, so cost and security of supply were critical.
The reality is, that governments were procuring PPE, ventilators etc in near war like conditions, while all the time being shouted at by the opposition, the media and the public.
A, I see 😏
That was last year when he was desperately shilling for GB News. It was quoted and seen enough times that it's common enough knowledge at this point.
Indeed, one new feature on Boards, a limited time to edit previous posts can easily catch some people out 😉
I am not saying it was biased, just that when she said that these politically connected companies were likely to have won contracts anyway - that this statement had no facts to back it up.
Are you trying to claim thy the judiciary are biased?
on what basis?
I think it is very impressive. To have a judge who is such an expert on PPE and supply chains. I mean knowing all the suppliers, their pricing and delivery dates so that she was sure that these politically connected suppliers would get the contracts anyway. Very impressive.
You've a locked account, so no-one can see what you've posted in the past. Don't pretend you don't know that.
As for the rest of what you just posted, that's not anything to do with me. You might be thinking of other posters.
I'm just calling you out on the Doug Ross thing and you're talking balls about it.
Night!
What the hell is a "locked account"?
There is no falsehood, either. Abusing Tory MPs and Boris Johnson's physical appearance is not an argument. It's childish.
Memory is short term. Big problems ahead this winter, manufactured or otherwise, he will leverage off any gains or successes in dealing with that. But have no doubt, he knows his tenure is hanging by a thread
Grand:-) I'll go back to not engaging with locked accounts. I will report your falsehood, however.
Not at all.
Both statements acted in synergy with one another.
Do you admit you were being very aloof with the truth with your post about Doug Ross?
Maybe kinda hoping no-one would check into it and just take you at your "word"?
The war in Ukraine could last years, according to experts, so that means Boris Johnson has nothing to fear.
I don't normally reply to locked accounts, but you're talking balls and I'll make an exception. He said he should resign once the Ukraine situation was resolved. But you knew that. Good luck.
In 2003, almost half the British public thought that Blair should resign.
In binary systems like the UK, between Labour and Conservative, don't be surprised when half the population want you to resign at any point, at any time.
He got it wrong, only 30% want him to remain, leaving 11% undecided or don't care.
The Scottish Conservative leader, who previously called for Johnson's resignation in January, came out today to announce that Johnson should NOT resign after his contrite performance today.
sure, but 60% didn't want him and don't want him to stay, but will have their wishes overridden by a minority.
Julian Sturdy has become the first (and so far only) Conservative MP to say that, in the light of the contents of the Sue Gray report, he is now calling for Boris Johnson’s resignation.
Edit - sorry about the font. I was just a paste job. I'm not shouting:-)
Do the maths again or just read this bit....
All Brits
Should resign: 59%
Should remain: 30%
Approx. 40%+ voted for Johnson in the GE, and 40%+ want Johnson to stay.
Johnson is here to stay.
Most people think he should go:
Most people didn't want this cretin to begin with but in the UK doesn't matter what most people want here, sadly.
**** hell. The whole of Europe, if not the world, must be an undemocratic mess. all these people unable to gate because they have to produce photo ID
you do know (of course you do) that this recommendation actually came from the electoral commission, the cross party group that monitors elections?
You know you have lost the argument re: Boris Johnson - you know, the actual subject matter of this thread - when all you're left doing is scavenging desperately for comments made by other users a year ago, then distorting and contorting those comments out of all recognition and context.
But that's what the silent audience reading this thread see, and it's what the hard left always do.
Yep. Expect to be told that direct quotes are either out of context, gaslighting or lies. Standard protocol from the man who compared a black philanthropist to Britain's most notorious paedophile.
With the mental gymnastics of this complete and utter nonsense I can see why your a fan of Johnson.
You're a hypocrite.
First, that wasn't an insult to Shane McGowan; it was intended as a statement of objective reality that McGowan himself would share. If I find someone unattractive, I'm not mocking their physical appearance. My remarks on his wife stand.
But even if that were true or false, it doesn't justify the insane personal abuse and physical mockery of Conservative MPs and Boris Johnson.
