Surely there should be sanctions put on Israeli citizens like they've done on citizens, they should be banned from sporting events and their products should be boycotted in addition no country should be selling them arms to massacre and toture people. They'd wise up very quickly if this was done. Shame of a country
Oh dear....the narrative is shitfing.
Why would they? We know who did it. There were eyewitnesses, including one who was also shot by the IDF scum.
LOL, this is some serious cope.
You're seriously asking why forensic ballistic tests are needed in an incident when someone has died from gunshots? and all you have as your rock solid evidence is a couple of biased eyewitnesses who we now know couldn't have 100% provided an ID given that the IDF were geolocated to around 200 meters away from her.
The eyewitnesses were parroting AlJazeera propaganda of "shot at close range" - then AlJazeera stealth-edited that line out of their article because it's obvious when someone is shot at close range.
Then the witnesses claimed it was Israeli snipers. Except Israeli snipers wouldn't be using a 5.56 round.
Hey officer, no need to investigate a murder. I saw the whole thing....trust me
😂😂😂
You can try to deflect, deny, distract all you want. We know what happened. I hope you are being paid well, because your conscience will catch up with you eventually.
He said there were no militants or other civilians in the area — only the reporters and the army. He said the military’s suggestion that they were shot by militants was a “complete lie.”
Shaza Hanaysheh, another Palestinian journalist among the reporters, similar account in an interview with Al Jazeera’s Arabic channel, saying there were no clashes or shooting in the immediate area.
She said that when the shots rang out she and Abu Akleh ran toward a tree to take shelter.
“I reached the tree before Shireen. She fell on the ground,” Hanaysheh said. “Every time I extended my hand toward Shireen, the soldiers fired at us.”
ICC case filed over systematic targeting of Palestinian journalists
Legal submissions alleging that Israel’s systematic targeting of journalists working in Palestine and its failure to properly investigate killings of media workers amount to war crimes, have been submitted to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
The cases communicated to the ICC Prosecutor are emblematic of the ongoing, systematic attacks and use of lethal force against journalists and media organisations in Palestine by the Israeli security services.
These journalists and media organisations were targeted and attacked in circumstances that give rise to strong grounds to suspect that war crimes and crimes against humanity have been committed.
This is even before this latest murder by apartheid Israel
Funny how Al Jazeera are a biased source, but the Jerusalem Post are not?
🤣
Half of your posts are just dumps from random Israeli twitter commenters whose claims have no source of information at all, just unverified BS.
Embarrassing yourself here
This is like the weirdest cope.
The Jpost isn't the source, the source is the Palestinian Authority and it's reported by the Jpost.
Cope, cope, copety-cope.
"we know what happened"
Done and dusted lads. Tell Columbo he can go home. Seamus from Dublin who shills for Hamas online has cracked the case.
Apparently no "militants in the area" even though through videos they've been geolocated to the exact street the journalist was on LOL
Still going on about the fake video? That's been debunked buddy. Has your supervisor not updated the floor yet??
It's hilarious. Usually when someone withholds evidence, at minimum it's suspicious and often a sign of guilt.
The palestinians withhold evidence and the Irish Hamasniks are totally fine with it.
Not handing over evidence to the perpetrator is not withholding evidence.
You wouldn't hand over a can of petrol and a zippo to someone who'd burnt down your house.
Nope. First off the video wasn't fake.
Secondly, there are at least 3 different videos of terrorists firing wildly from that morning within about 300m of the journalist.
But since you've clearly stated that you "know what happened", could you provide us with the exact step by step of events that morning. Positions of IDF, terrorists, journalist.
I'm sure you'll furnish us with those details.
I'm sure they eyewitnesses will expand on the story once they are released from hospital.
But you know what happened. You stated that as a matter of fact.
Please provide us with a timeline of the series of events.
I stated what the eyewitnesses had reported. I trust that as fact. They were there. They were shot.
'The Israeli human rights group B’Tselem conducted its own research into the claims and released a video on Wednesday that cast doubt on the Israeli army’s narrative of the killing of the journalist.
B’Tselem wrote in a series of tweets that its field researcher in Jenin documented the exact locations in which the Palestinian fighter, depicted in a video distributed by the Israeli army, had fired the shots. The researcher also identified the exact location in which Abu Akleh was shot and killed.
“Documentation of Palestinian gunfire distributed by Israeli military cannot be the gunfire that killed Journalist Shireen Abu Akleh,” the organisation wrote in a tweet.'
Hopefully the world starts to move on Russia level sanctions against the Apartheid State of Israel
You said "we know what happened"
This indicates a closed and shut case that has been verified. You're going by eye witnesses who have already contradicted themselves.
First they said shot at close range. Then they changed it to snipers.
By the way, how do you think this would stack up in a court of law?
Judge: Do you have any evidence?
Palestinians: Yes
Judge: Let's see it
Palestinians: No
Fandymo: Yeah it was Israel to be sure
Incorrect
B'Tselem refuted ONE video claiming it couldn't have been the correct location - which most people agreed with. Except they jumped the gun because subsequently more videos came out which DID show terrorists in shooting range of the journalists which HAS been geolocated to the same street and also as a diagonal direction away from the journalists.
Your mask is slipping. Israel aren't the "judge" of Palestine. Jenin is in Palestine. Why would they give evidence to another country??
As ever, reality begs to differ
"Amnesty International reported that military experts and forensic pathologists, who assessed photos of the wounds from the past several weeks, determined that some of them appeared to be caused by a Tavor assault rifle firing a 5.56 millimeter bullet; others appeared to be caused by a 7.62 caliber M24 sniper rifle using “ hunting ammunition, which expand and mushroom inside the body.”"
https://www.972mag.com/whats-causing-unusual-bullet-wounds-among-gaza-protesters/
"Recent months have seen a dramatic rise in Israeli security forces’ use of live 0.22 inch caliber bullets (Ruger rifle bullets, also known by the nickname Two-Two) in clashes with Palestinians in the West Bank."

They have done joint autopsies several times before. This would be nothing new.
Why not give the bullet over to a 3rd part country?
There are two indisputable facts right now. And these are the two most pertinent. Everything else is fluff.
1) A journalist was shot and killed
2) Palestinians are withholding the evidence.
Innocent people don't withhold evidence.
Because they have eye witness accounts and don't need outside assistance. If the scumbag IDF hadn't gone where they weren't supposed to be, this would never have happened.
So the palestinians have refused a US-led joint investigation
1) Eyewitness accounts do not supersede forensic ballistic investigations
2) The eyewitnesses have already contradicted themselves and each other
3) The brave IDF wouldn't be in Jenin if the palestinians stopped murdering Israelis. 19 of which have been murdered by the perennial terrorists in the past month.
US-led calls for a joint investigation into her death
The US are calling for a joint Israeli-Palestinian investigation, not for a US led investigation. Big difference
As for withholding evidence, only a fool would give evidence of a murder to the people responsible for the murder! Israelis cannot be involved in this investigation for obvious reasons
The brave IDF
🤣The same IDF who wear nappies because theyre so prone to wetting themselves in combat situations, very brave
The same IDF who bitch slapped the Arab armies.
Again, the USA are not the police or judiciary in Palestine.
Why would a country pass on evidence to another country, who actively arm the Israelis and turn a blind eye to the massacre of the Palestinian people?? Who have vetoed numerous UN resolutions (at least 53 since 1972) against the murderous Israelis and their apartheid regime.
She's an American citizen.
The Americans have asked for a transparent joint investigation.
The palestinians have refused
Well done, you've solved the biggest mystery in Irish crime for quite a while.
Sophie Du Plantier Toscan. Well since the French refuse to give permission to let AGS go to France interview her ex-husband, he obviously did it in Bayonet-land.
Palestine has the evidence, the murder happened in Palestine, they will investigate. Same as if the crime happened in Ireland, AGS would. In the US, the local or state police would. In France, their police force would.
