My training is a mix of CrossFit, marathon training, weight training and swimming. Usually train 6 days a week if I can but obviously some weeks I'm busted with work so doesn't plan out though

Absolutely hate burpees. But GV love them so need to get starting
May put the feet up, doesnt look like much will be happening until this stormont issue is resolved. Can't imagine the next stages will be coming our way too quickly 😮💨
itll still be a somewhat quick process. It’ll just take time for us to start GV. Everything else will be smooth-ish
Anyone know the situation about medicals expiring after 6 months seeing as we may be a while? Is it a matter of just declaring if you have had any changes to your health or do you have to attend another medical inspection?

Very weird my worst feeling was about RP 1 but got a higher score in it than my other RPs, lol.

End of the day if we get a “C” I’m still happy. Still a pass at the end of the day
