There seems to be some confusion over the Wagner group, there essentially private military contractors like black water the American crew. There more guns for hire then political brown shirt types ex Russian, Polish, Serb, Ukrainian etc soldiers.

Is there any evidence the Azov regiment have behaved badly during this invasion or committed any war crimes? If there was, the Russian fascist regime and their numerous apologists would be all over the story......we would never hear the end of it.
I don't agree, you decide the rules, make it clear, just like Putin did. He should have been told that yes indeed the US and Nato will defend Ukraine, on Ukrainian soil, but that they would not fire one bullet on Russian soil.

The Azov regiment is a unit of the National Guard of Ukraine. The unit was formally incorporated into the National Guard in 2014 in order to help boost numbers fighting Russian incursions of Ukraine. Its ts military personnel are paid a salary the same as any other part of the Ukrainian Military

The Azov group were a self styled quasi militia group, much like the proud boys or the NFAC group. They were given the status of National Guardsmen, like all Ukrainians who take up arms in this war, but really there a militia.

Blackwater was used mainly as security for a reason,problem was they where to trigger happy,not like Russian wagner group thats used to destabilise regions in Ukraine and fight for Russia in a war against Ukraine,being Putins private army

Blackwater were also used to bypass rules regarding the use of certain weapons.. e.g. in Iraq they were allowed to use a new type of bullet (I can't recall the name, it caused extra carnage apparently) that Congress had not approved. The US Army couldn't use the same bullets because that Congressional approval wasn't in place. Even at that I have no doubt that they behave to a higher standard in the battlefield than the likes of the Wagner group when it comes to war crimes etc.
