An as yet to be confirmed neutral venue. The Cummins management ticket have done good work alright - they've got better with each game. Nobody gave them a chance this year - I didn't. A lot of very talented individuals finally playing well as a team now.
They played nice uncomplicated hurling in a very hard fought game, it was a nice game to watch.
Under 20 final is on in 'Mick Mackey's cabbage patch '. Looks like they tossed for venue. Probably the right way to do it but the Gselic Grounds v Limerick in any grade is a tough ask.

Don't think Ronan is a good fit for full back, too slow unfortunately bit like Brian McGrath, teams would target him and run him every time, someone like Gillane could go to town.

I don’t see many changes bar the injuries, I think bonnar will hope the senior guys can put in a showing against limerick and cork and tipp will finish losing all 4 but no further hammerings

Yeah to be honest I've seen very little from Cadell to warrant a start and he doesn't solve any of our issues of a lack pace, strength, size, engine etc.

All true but might as well find out what's what about him or someone else in a tough game. And act accordingly afterwards. If he not ready now when will he be? Three or four years of S&C in him now.
He sustained a broken finger and they said a few weeks. But then it got infected to the bone. So, be heavy duty medication to stop that. Could be a while.

awful for him full stop , he is probably one of the most whole heartiest players you could meet be it club or county , but he was struggling for form since the last injury and just working his way back on to the team
he has had some seriously impressive performances against us down the years , the minor final in 2012 in cork he destroyed us , in 2019 he did the same in cusack park , he won every journalist over afterwards with his magnanimous interviews ,it was actually discussed at half time on clare fm tonight for the clare v limerick football game , which shows just how much a mark he has left

Happy with the footballers as we have struggled against Waterford and especially in Fraher Field. Quite convincing.
Limerick are no joke though and are on the up. Promoted from division 3 this year so that game will be tough.
If we beat Limerick we do not drop into the Tailteann Cup, and that is good with me. I firmly believe the best way to get better is to play better teams. Hopefully we could stay Competitive with Kerry for a while and then have a big qualifier game with a Quarter Final spot on the line.
After a shocking season last year, this team has done well to regroup and if we can get past Limerick I reckon we could give a good team a huge fright in the qualifiers.
