Ahhh well I am snookered there. Makes a lot of sense that.
From what I recall the Joy Division weren't a group of soldiers but the name for groups of women in concentration camps who were were forced into prostitution. Like the "comfort women" of the Japanese, though the Japanese were much more organised and even more hellish regarding that. Utter savages.
I don't think it's far off with recent false flag operations and tweets like the below. It's like the Russians are conditioning their population for it.

Wasn't that to reward other prisoners who worked hard or whatever?.
Yes agree with you about the Japanese.
There's been some 'thrash talk' but what actual false flag events?
It's been nearly 80 years since someone used an atomic bomb in anger, and even then before the world knew what they were. It would be outrageous in the modern world to use one.
Will the West stop arming Ukraine, I doubt it. It will definitely mean Putin will never be accepted back into the world community. Even by the likes of China (I think).
Any nuclear device, big or small would be a game changer in more ways than one. For Putin, its the last resort, and you can only play that card once. The whole world is watching and for sure if Vladimir is stupid enough to use a nuclear " device", whatever lukewarm support he may have China etc. will evaporate as quick as the nuclear explosion.
Would not surprise me at all. Have felt from the start of this Russian invasion that Moldova was under serious threat from Russian attack.
I agree. Russia is going nowhere past Ukraine. This may be news to Putin but nobody following this war can be under the illusion that Russia is winning.
For the Home consumption......just what they want to hear in time for 9th May, another great victory!!!
He was also saying that Ukraine were making tactical retreats in certain areas so even where Russia appear to be making progress it is not real. Also, Ukraine will be able to go on the offensive in certain locations.
I think apologizing and paying their debts since 1945 is enough, the world forgive them now.
Germany knows what impact it will have on the german gas supply and economy, they also know the impact on the russian economy.
While Germany refuses to help Ukraine, hundreds are getting killed by the Russians, and Germany is worried about ww3?
No matter what Germany does it will have an impact on whats happening in Ukraine,so its no difference from cutting the gas or sending heavy weapons, people get killed regardless.
Turkey are not playing ball, they are becoming the switzerland of this war
Sholz will no doubt say 'nein'. This is the way the very wealthy country that is Germany responds to the worst military crisis in Europe since WW2.
This is how the nothing like as wealthy Poland responds:
The comments on Snowden's twitter are savage (he hasn't tweeted since Feb 27th)
He's no longer of use to Russia, an expense. He might become 'suicidal'.
Sholz will no doubt say 'nein'.
And they'll reply "Nine? Well I suppose it's better than nothing.,."
Things are still rough for the Ukrainian military, these guys down the South don't have much gear
I've lost all respect for this guy. He's been nothing more than another useful idiot for Putin.
We can be justifiably angry at the snail pace of German assistance, given they are one of the main industrial economies of the EU.
But we should reflect on our own paltry efforts - what have we supplied? A few helmets and bandages?
Our political leaders & president wring their hands but apart from saying the right things at EU level and taking in some war refugees, we really are f**k all use to Ukraine.
We're on the UN security council, a body as a whole which has been shown to have no clothes when a big player goes rogue. And which could yet be another significant casualty of this invasion.
So nothing to be very proud of.
That is fair in terms of military aid. The response by Chancellor Scholz has been nothing short of shameful. But we certainly could and should be doing more as well with military aid. We may be militarily neutral alliance wise but that does not preclude us from supplying weapons if we wanted to. Granted our military is in a bit of a shambles for which this will hopefully be a wake up call but we do have anti tank missiles which we could have sent for example and have chosen not to. Other neutral countries such as Sweden and Finland have sent some military aid.
What if Putin is not really calling the shots?
He already said on television that the factory site in Mariupol was to be blockaded. No more. As soon as that was shown on television it was attacked again.
What if the military knows he's dying. And are calling the shots completely with the intention of doing as much as possible as their appreciation present to Putin before he passes away?
Maybe I'm dreaming but there was a BBC documentary in 2012, Putin, Russia and the West. I watched it on TG4. I could have swore Lavrov mentioned Putin had this thing about having Ukraine as part of Russia. I remember thinking at the time it'd be like an old fianna fail..er mentioning the north of Ireland joined with the Republic.
In fairness what more could we provide except money. We don't have any meaningful stockpile of weapons to give. Our contribution will be help rebuild the country I think. Construction is our speciality.
This has prompted the world’s largest drone manufacturer to reiterate its stance that DJI deplores any use of its products to cause harm.
We have had good reports how successful drone use by the Ukraine's has been in the war?
Baltic countries being exceptional as usual
10 tons of Ready to eat meals aka rations for the Ukrainan military too ,
I'm pretty sure dji has to ability to geofence drones so they can't fly near certain facilities , it's possible they could patch software That could either disrupt dji specific drones or cause them to crash making them unusable,it would effect both sides though
Looks like WW1 colorised photos
