yeah I dont think it is a false flag either but am equally doubting the Ukrainian air force could have done a 2,000km return trip past Russian air defences undetected to bomb it. Most likely its an industrial accident. As others mentioned if Putin wanted a false flag its more likely to be Russian people who are hit, not important chemical factories.
There's very good evidence for the Su-34; you can clearly see the two parachutes deployed for the pilots and burning wreckage falling:
Also very good evidence for the Ka-52; it's claimed that the wreckage in the bottom of the picture is an Mi-8 which was shut down just before this footage was taken:
Also been a few Orlan-10s confirmed with photo/video evidence although they're pretty cheap and ubiquitous.

I don't think they are false flags. Such things happen in recession times.
My sister works for a worldwide insurance company. I remember her saying when 2008 crisis started that we will see now a lot of burned factories. Russia is on a brink of collapse, so some companies might want to survive in this way with insurance money.
They are experts on drones,no doubt, and have even specialised drones made specifically for Ukraines warfare in the US called phoenix ghost.
They don't need to justify any action they take nor would they go around burning important research facilities and chemical production sites. They'd just blow up people if they wanted justification. They cost nothing
Russia only had 103 su35s and a similar number of su34s before the invasion they have lost a decent percentage of their most modern aircraft not including helicopters, and it's not like they have an infinite number of aircraft available to attack ukraine and defend themselves at the same time
If they are accurate that's approx $150 million of kit destroyed. Another expensive day for Moscow.
Im not saying anything about Ukraine "giving them some type of victory" - they're your words, not mine.
I'm talking about what Putin will want to try, even need, to pass off as a victory in the event they're humiliated.
And resetting back to square one will be an impossibility as a victory for him irrespective of how much control he has over the narrative in Russia.
I'm not suggesting that a saving-face opportunity should be given to him for one minute.
If its a false flag its a pretty embarrassing one for Russia, it would mean they are going to tell their population that Ukraine is able to hit Russia just 250km away from Moscow and almost 1,000km from the Ukrainian border. That would represent a sizeable lack of national security. Who knows though, maybe they want their population to believe they were hit close to Moscow to justify a tactical nuclear strike on Ukraine.
Bravery.
@Francie Barrett - U.S. continues to see no indications that China has provided military assistance to Russia for the war in Ukraine: Pentagon
I think this is significant.
Not really.
I never believed for a minute that China would become embroiled in a war of Russia's making. Xi is far too smart and astute for that.
The big show of friendship and future trade between them, pre-war, would have been mainly due to the courting of Xi by Putin, with the short term aim of requesting support for the war - as was indeed the case.
China has sat back and watched crude Russian tactics, poor decision making, the decimation of their troops, the nuclear threats and the reaction of the West. What he sees is a huge country that is no longer a major power in the world and is on a deeply downward spiral. There is absolutely no need for him to offer assistance. He's going to have his fill of cut price everything from Russia, regardless, now that Putin has burnt his bridges with the West. The other aspect is that the Chinese economy would be absolutely pulverised should similar sanctions be imposed on them.
I'm no fan of China but Xi is a shrewd cookie. He's no doubt had many conversations with Putin since this invasion kicked off but he's realised - as have we all - that Putin is a loose cannon who cannot be dealt with rationally. China will intervene only if the nuclear threat becomes a reality, even if only a single strike. But what might surprise most people is that it's my belief that in that eventually China would then turn on Russia.
we could see a drone swarm in combat in Ukraine before the end of this. Maybe a drone dogfight if this becomes the new North Korea in the east which turns into a frozen conflct
Interesting interview. He also thinks that Ukrainian troops might even be superior to US and British soldiers in certain aspects.
The Russians are worse than ISIS according to a U.S. Marine training Ukrainians:
Didn't even send them a few spring rolls and a battered chicken ball?
Orlan drone caught alive and kicking, will it be turned from the Dark Side?
I was referring to this bit:
The Irish people would be doing a severe injustice to our Ukrainian friends by just standing aside and letting these people walk out streets.
I'm not being "watery" on anything. If they do anything to break the law then the law should come down firmly on them. I will cheer the law on in that case - in fact I hope they do something illegal and get their just desserts good and hard.
That the German hunger plan didn't come to fruition is neither here nor there. It was still planned. Another competing plan was the extermination of the Ukrainian populace to make room for German colonists. As so often with the Third Reich, competing agendas made for half-arsed implementations (thankfully) and the starvation of 20 -30 million as envisaged by the Germans never came to pass. This doesn't alter the fact the there was no special place in the Nazi heart for Slavs, they were still seen as sub-human; to be used as required and then discarded. The phrase "fighting side by side" is what the Americans and British were doing (and even that had its problems) and is not at all comparable to the relationship between Nazi Germany and conquered Slavs.
Of course in an ideal world but in the real world that won't happen, Ukraine is getting just enough weapons to keep fighting but nothing like what it needs to drive the Russians out of the east of the country.
Russian TV crew were no expecting this. I wouldn't think it will be shown are there 9 o clock news.
Here he is on February 18th. His right hand is shaking and a very strange movement from his right foot. possibly Parkinson's disease or a stroke?
From looking at the online pics, its a mangled twisted wreck of steel and concrete. With interlinked sub-terranean spaces, its a booby trapping mine layers dream, and a snipers paradise. No, I doubt very much if even Spetsnaz, ( never mind conscripts or even the much vaunted Kadrovski's) would be too eager to attack it, even after a massive bombing campaign. While the chances are that it would be overcome eventually, it would extract a extremely high price in Russian lives.
So leading from the front by waiting for others to do it
Expect a reversal of the replenishment agreement when it's needed
"And Germany has reached an agreement under which eastern European partners will supply Ukraine with a new batch of heavy weapons "in the next few days" and Germany will then replenish the stocks, Defence Minister Christine Lambrecht says."
