We got a few bits done around the house including shelving in utility and store room, so it was pricey. Ours is bigger than the pic but no electric fire. From our research you’d be lucky to get a custom unit for less than 5-6k.

Not certain but the advertising has been ramping up lately so I'd expect very soon. If you contact Savills or Darren Kelly they'll put you in the know.

Do you have any idea where in the estate is launching? I’m not sure if lapwing grove, Skylark park view etc.. is all sold and it’s old advertising material

Hi all. Does anyone have any tips on the best way to go about attaching stuff to these walls (artwork, shelving etc), given its plasterboard (I believe?) and not as straightforward as a standard concrete wall. Don’t want to start drilling until we have some idea of what to try and do/avoid + also want to hear how others have got on. Thanks!

Was around today. Noticed in the window of number 8 there's the door and fitted wardrobe. I wonder does that mean the whole inside is already done.

I think they are practically complete inside houses number 8 to 11, as you say the doors and wardrobes look to be complete on 8 and the protective film on some the windows has been removed at this stage on the first 4 house's (that's what I'm hoping for at the minute, would love to be snagging 1st week in May) 🤞

You should get in touch with Savills or Darren Kelly on that. You get told a day e.g 'An email will be sent out on the xx of May and the first to respond may get an appointment to secure a house'

No unfortunately not. It was more like 'hopeful of calling you in the next few weeks subject to utility connections'

Based on recent visits it looks like the houses nearest to Park Gate would be first, unless delayed by utility connections in which case the other may catch up. Just a guesstimate though.

I have a pretty good view down the road on park view. Pretty clear (to my uneducated eye) that number 8 will be called for snagging first with the rest following on as you move down the road

How do we know the status of ongoing work for Phase-1C. As per initial communication, Q2 is the delivery timeframe Are we on-track? One way probably would be to call the agent and ask. Is it the only way?

C1 complete,

C2 (skylark park view) looks to be snagging soon going by the comments here,

C3 (Brent Road, Lapwing, Skylark Park view) is moving quick but still needs some more work,

C4 is partially competed and people have moved in what looks to be for rent. The Drive is fully complete, Finches Gate moving along well.

Seems the EA is the only official way apart from chatting to a builder directly onsite.
