Oh no guys, you know when picture #2 is cows and picture #10 is horses that you're in for a doozy. I don't know if this house can be saved. It's in such a bad state. And it's POA? I feel like they're maybe just selling the land. The house is incidental.
Also the map is for the completely wrong location. You'd be doing well to fit 115 acres of land into the centre of Roscrea town.
You're buying the farm (not figuratively), not the house. You've got to love estate agents, "half a mile from the motorway". It's actually way less than that, it's less than 200 metres.
The catch? You only get the motorway road noise across the field with that. If you want actually drive on the motorway, it's a 12km trip on country roads. Take me home...
You can see that was a fine house in its day, but I doubt it would be economical to try to restore it.
Agree and if anyone did have deep pockets and was able to renovate the house they would have a lovely view of the motorway.
It looks idyllic until you see the ariel shot and how close it actually is to the motorway.
It's in Tipperary, so Michael Lowry should be able to sort you out with your own motorway exit for the right size brown envelope.
It’s such a pity to have left a beautiful house like that to decay for so long. At least it looks like it’s been abandoned quite a while ago.
A local farmer will buy it for the land and then leave it go to rack and ruin...............well, even more rack and ruin. Pity.

Americans make sense. The beds and tables are stuff I've seen in American houses quite a bit. Not even sure where you would get something like that in Ireland.

I generally find certain houses with Saunas can look tacky.
