I think you can apply new codes once in the last 30 days of existing offers.

Yep, didn't work so found the one for a €10 and used that.
If holidaying in the EU no need for VPN messing, don't know about other countries. Thanks to EU law. UK subscribers can't do this since Brexit. If you try to sign up from another country that won't work.
