Hi all,
Been plodding along the last few years to get a house built on a site in Wexford and at the point where we were looking for quotes, the architect we have sourcing them is saying it's very difficult these days to get anyone for traditional builds and another option that they are looking at for people is prefabricated builds.
I don't know enough about them to know if this is going to impact cost or quality so hoping to get even a bullet point list of things to know so that when I catch up with the architect next week he's not going to spend half the session explaining everything to me and we can instead work on solutions?
Any help or guidance here would be massively appreciated!
