€100K for this? I'm pretty sure that I would struggle to part with €50k for it.
I think I would have claustrophobic panic attacks going up the stairs, or on the landing when the doors were closed. 😂
It seems to be a nice big kitchen though.... and I don't know what the are is like.
"The property does need work to complete, but not a lot!"
The outside of that house is nice, its huge and on a great site, but the finish inside is underwhelming. Bit McMansiony on all the finishes.
Did they refurb the inside in 2006?
Graiguenamanagh is a very pretty, picturesque little town with nice walks along the river and this place is off a quiet lane close to the main street. It will sell but probably not for 100k!
The town is picturesque but that 'house' is anything but. Centrally located but a flat roof to boot. Not a chance would I buy.
Who'd live in a house like this? Literally. Wtf is going on here lol can't see anyone forking out £850k for it
It looks like Lex Luthors gaff if he was a total chav
Those gaffs in London were the top floor of those buildings added at a later date than the rest of the buildings?
Small apartment? Struggling with storage?
Use your extractor fan as a shelf
Oh I'm not against open plan, it can be lovely when done right but looking at that area, the living room just feels like an extension of the kitchen. For me at least, it just doesn't feel cosy.
An £850k gaf with a pool and they have chairs like this.
Kncoking shop
Yeah there's definitely something dodgy about it. And why the 2 kitchens? And the weird viewing window from the living room to the pool lol. I think the post above is right.
It could be an orthodox Jewish thing, they need two kitchens. Fits in with Archway in North London as well.
But look at that view out the doors, totally worth it
That london place, it was like that 11 years ago at least...
300 a week?! I was living in London 11 years ago and paying more than that for a flat in Chiswick without a swimming pool. If only I had known 😄

Loads of furniture on the roof too (the only one on the road), possibly not allowed.
Great Minds think alike. I thought 'Massage' Parlour
On Hornsey Road no less.. Appropriate 😉
Not sure If it's being posted but this featured on Room to Improve!
I really like it, but it's a lot for a 2 bed, even with the location.
Saw this on Reddit.
Bed in kitchen, bathroom mentioned but not pictured...
This is about the the Blackrock house. I think they purchased it for €310,000 2010.
I know it’s an awful place for €1400, but is a bed in the kitchen, or a kitchen in the bedroom not the definition of a studio apartment?
Its also in probably the worst part of sth circular road as well.
It's in dolphins barn. I'd rather live in Ukraine
If you had the funds to renovate this place, it could be an incredible home. A really striking property.
Omg I love that old Garda station!
T'wud probably cost another €180,000 to do it up. It's a protected structure and that always adds to the cost of doing anything. And it's an awkward shaped site. Not an awful lot of useable space. The yard area is very tight.
