Regarding your logic of Russia attacking Ukrainian civilians justifying Ukrainians attacking Russian civilians, I'll put it this way to you. Haven't seen this answered elsewhere, so I thought I'd take a shot at it. That's a glider. You'll see a lot of those over central and Eastern Europe when the weather is good for flying, exclusively during daytime. That trail on flight radar starts right over Biesko-Biala airfield, a small grass-runway airfield that's home to a flying club, exactly the type of airfield where you'd see a lot of glider aircraft.
This type of flying is surprisingly widespread throughout Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Back during the Cold War days, these flying clubs, which were often associated with local industries or military units, were seen as a good way to get young men channeled into flight training and assessment for the aircraft. They've remained popular ever since.
