How are rockstar still milking a nine year old game. Buying the game on 3 consoles, subscription service to play games online and now a subscription service for the game,ridiculous. You only get 500k a month? Should be 500k a week. That's not worth six quid a month

Some really good times with the game over the years but deleted the game the other day ,upgrade was ok but reality is I have nothing left to do in the game so I feel I'm properly done at this point.
This sort of "content" makes me feel like it was the right time to move on
Might be getting worse. Some "game news" sites reckon Rockstar might change PC players up to 10 quid for the console "enhanced" version with the new mod shop!

R* confirm it has moved devs from Red Dead Online to GTA 6 so no more big updates, just telegram missions (R.I.P RDR Online). Summer update for GTA Online dropping in a couple of weeks expanded on criminal empire and being able to become an IIA Agent which kind of links in with the rumours of being one of those as the main character in GTA 6.
Also, oppressor MK 2 getting nerfed, business sell missions in invite only lobbies now possible and more more for everything you do online to reward people no matter what they are doing.
The private sell missions alone are enough to get me to reinstall this.
Logged in today, first time in a couple of months. Bought resupplies for bunker and MC businesses so they'll be ready for sale when the new update releases and i can sell in invite only lobbies. Not sure if there new update will entice people back but hopefully if the sell missions and heists get a nice pay buff, people might come back to it, would be great to get a few heists together again.
The only thing I really do in GTA Online now is: Apartment --> Casino --> LS Car Meet --> Auto Shop --> Apartment.
My arcade is out in Grapeseed so I go out to that the odd time. Same with my facility in Paleto Bay.
Don't know what made me put this on again tonight but actually had a good laugh with it. Went into solo lobby and did a good few casino heist prep missions. Haven't done that heist yet. Then got a message from Hao about taking his car for a spin. I got that when the update first came out but it glitched. Finished it and was able to upgrade a base Banshee for free, saved about 1.4 mil but still cost a few hundred K in upgrades. Anyway, my Viper is one of the fastest cars in the game with it, puts the fun back into driving.

The weekly update go delayed/ current one got extend. Instead of it being a week and ending today it's there until the 26th ending on a Tuesday which probably means DLC.
Yupp, DLC was supposed to these next week but got pushed out an extra week. Leaks so far says 2 new rifles, 26 new car spaces and an activity outside san Andreas. That could be something new to do in Cayo or a new area entirely. New missions will have you as an IIA Agent so will be interesting to see if you are actually stopping other criminals or just a corrupt agent.
I spun the wheel at the casino, the wheel stopped in the car slot so I got 20000 RP. That has never happened to me before and I say it will never happen to me again.
Went into invite only tonight to buy more supplies for my businesses getting ready to sell them with the new update. Said I'd do an autoshop contract as they were fun. I forgot how absolutely terrible sessanta and the other gowl were. The job itself was a real pain solo also, came out with 172k. Then i remembered seeing payphone hits are double money until the new update so rent Franklin. I got 170k for going to a location and shooting one guy with a sniper and that was it, no chase or anything. Did another 3 for the 100k bonus as well. Think I'll do either few of these over the next week, fun and easy money. Sitting on 9.5 mil, would like to get to 10 mil for the update.
Zero, do you have an assistant in your auto shop to deliver customised cars for you? I do and he's a fool that costs me money so the only thing he does now is sweep the floors.

New Summer DLC out 26th july, looks like a lot of fun. Taking the piss out of increased oil prices, numerous updates across the board.
Lots of details about QOL updates releasing next week, some excellent changes here.
Also, if anyone needs quick cash before it, the payphone hots pay out 170k atm for 5-10 minutes fun. You have to wait 20 minutes until the next but if you change outfit style and then quit the game, load it back up and the timer will be over.
Snacks and armour one button press when you have the weapon wheel open, used snacks and armour replenish if you die on a mission, refill all ammo with a button press, no more k/d ratio in free roam only competitive modes, money buffs for lots of things.
How the new heist payouts look. All setup costs are now 25k across the board. Looks like it will finally be worth doing doomsday heist. I haven't done it before and heard it's a lot of fun.
New update live today, haven't tried it yet but reports are mostly positive, lots of well overdue needed fixed. Good post about it here.

The ammo and snacks revamp is excellent.
You can call different people from the businesses to start those missions now.
For nightclub you can call Tony to do the promotion missions, and call Yohan from the warehouse to do new sourcing missions for that stock.
Lot of passive income options too, the biker bar can now be set up to have customers to make money and it's got an option of a bike auto shop like the main auto shop business. Not sure if you can call in source missions for MC stock.
Sell missions are giving 3x cash for your first sell with each business. Anyone on tonight around 10.30? I nearly have my bunker full, will need a hand in an invite only lobby to sell with multiple vehicles in time. I read someone in reddit sold a 90% full bunker today and got 3 mil for it.
That all business or just Bunker, as special cargo warehouse the large ones fully full is 1.5m profit normally so 3x times that for first sell. Other players don't get a cut for selling that but if you'd other players in lobby then it's a rival bonus.
Could fill up the warehouse while the bunker filled fully and MC fill fully too as those are passive.
EDIT: it's normally 1.5m profit but it's 2.22m sales so 3x that less the normal costs of 666k for buying stock missions. So 6m for full large warehouse.
I believe it's bunker, cargo and MC sell missions. People who help get a higher cut than usual but yeah, it would be where everyone builds up their supplies and take turns helping each other with the sell missions.
This is great. A griefer on an oppressor mk2 chasing a guy, not landing any missiles and ending up killing himself.
