I see the Russians are forcibly deporting 1000s civilians from Mariupolto neighborhoods to Russia after first being placed in filtration camps and sent off to some desolate **** hole stuck in 1970s Russia. They're putting white bandages on the people, 'for their safety' but that's how Russian troops are also identified by using these bandages....In World War 2 the Nazis forcibly captured people from occupied territories and deported them to labor camps etc
LOL....Well at-least they will not get shot down.
Israel has reportedly given the Russians the location of this, so that it doesn't get bombed. We'll see what happens.
He must be feeling Insecure when he had to wear a bullet proof vest in a stadium in Moscow!
If this war never happened, there was a move to get away from fossil fuels, by any means possible in order to save the planet. And as for the stranglehold China had on production of everyday items, that became very apparent during the covid epidemic when China shut down completely, and every thing stopped dead, world wide. So I'd say that non-dependance on China (mainly) is a work in progress something which will now accelerate, driven by the war in Ukraine. This war will be a world game changer, and I can't see the West ever getting caught like this again.
I see your Germany in the 1930s, Russia 1917 and raise you Germany and Japan post 1945, South Korea post 1950's.
There is a better way, we just need to look and learn from history
This is a lad who is too afraid to sit at a table with 8 air hostesses. He's afraid if his own shadow the fcuking coward. Can you imagine this rat doing what zelensky is doing. He'd be on the first flight out to Switzerland and bark orders from there. A snivelling wimp of a man who cultivated a hard man image to overcompensate for the fact he'd lose his life if left in a dark room alone.
This is what I expected the Russians to lead into battle with. Active Protection Systems fitted to their tanks. We've not seen any so far in this war. I believe 'Drozd' is the older version than their current system - but all on paper and theoretical as I don't think it's been seen in action. It essentially detects RPGs and launches a small charge to destroy the incoming round.
FFS, Boris was doing reasonably well, and then ...
Cant wait for Russian stock market to halt in first 30 seconds
Though Arena was the system they used and have been seen up and down in propaganda last 10 years.
Drozd was first used in Afghanistan by soviet troops
Yeah, there's speculation that Arena might be a system on 'paper' or fitted to a couple of tanks and not much more than that. Drozd might be useful against RPG 7 type rounds, but I don't think it has the capability to stop Javlins or NLAWs.
Looks like a 'Houthi' (Iranian) attack on Aramco facility in Saudi Arabia tonight.
I totally agree. As much of that money as possible that can be seized should be then redirected towards paying for the rebuilding of Ukraine.
So send an alternative that is working. Merkel, now this. They have done a nice volte-face in terms of defence spending, with a one-off €100b boost, but they can't afford to send some assistance that is actually useful? Not my favourite nationality in the EU at the moment.
To lose two Generals could be regarded as being somewhat clumsy; to lose 9 is downright careless.
naZi's?
No, but when Ukrainian farmers see that they'll be livid and the tractors will come out. 😂
That white hat can't have helped. 😁
There that plus Maxar satellite images. Very good.
Well looking at the russian armys performance in Ukraine nothing surprises me anymore
According to the following it's a limited reopening and only certain federal bonds will be available: https://www.aa.com.tr/en/russia-ukraine-war/russia-s-stock-market-to-gradually-resume-trading-on-monday-central-bank-governor/2539747
"To prevent excessive volatility and ensure a balanced liquidity position in this segment at the stage of the reopening, the Bank of Russia will purchase federal government bonds," Nabiullina said, according to a statement released by the Bank of Russia.
I'm no expert but I smell a significant amount of fuckery going on.
And when rebuilding with the Russian money there should no more of the grim soviet era housing blocks. They should build more Western European style houses. Like a nice Dutch or German village.
My feeling is that the Ukrainian troops are probably communicating whenever they identify and shoot towards a target but for the most part there's no actual verification of both a good hit and/or an actual downing of an aircraft.
I would love this to be true; but in contrast to the first two weeks or so of the war there has been precious little evidence of Russian aircraft being shot down... and they've been claiming 10+ shoot downs per day for days so you would imagine at least some of those would have been observed by now.
Where are you guys seeing 9 generals? I've only seen Ukrainian confirmation of 5 with the latest being the Lt. General in Kherson.
Were have you been for the last two weeks.
Get your ass in gear and start going through 1000+ pages here. Because dam am I going to start posting pictures of downed aircraft again for you.
Here is one 9hrs ago and if you look hard enough on the internet you will get onboard view of it coming down.
I haven't read that, I was mostly repeating what someone else said earlier, without verifying it. Perhaps it includes the one's Putin fired?
