^ Where is that castle?
It's Fort Dunree in Donegal buddy.
Leaving Rotterdam and outside the local.
:-) did it take long to get it down off the wall :-)

Looks great though :-)
2005 1800 VTX with just 8k - sorry about the picturesque background 🙄, will do better next time!
I intend replacing the exhausts with Cobra Slash Cuts (if anyone has them for sale) before the Summer because its much too quiet as it is!
Jebus, it already looks like a Harley - now you want to make it sound like one too?
just drive below 100km/h and it will feel like one too
Actually just leave it parked up for months on end and it'll feel even more like one. For added effect, pour a puddle of oil under it.
Did a couple of 2022 photo rally points

Don't ride it much these days so when I do take it out I re-realize how much I like this bike!
Originally this it what it would have looked like
There is something very satisfying about a thumper. I like them. I haven’t ridden my Dommie much in the last couple of years but like you when I do take it for a spin it is a thing of joy.
Great day out spinning. Got started on some of the photo rally and IBA points. Great day in the saddle
In Lisdoonvarna yesterday. Great spin.
Got 6 hours in the saddle on Friday - so happy the weather is improving.
My new purchase, wasn't my first choice but I am really enjoying it so far.
Woodcock Hill, Killaloe & Moylussa.
start 'em young 😂
Lovely bike!!
thanks.
its abilities are way beyond mine - but I love it 👍
How long do you have it?
Are they much hassle to maintain/service?
Anyone I've spoken to about Ducati's says to run a mile as they are a pain to maintain and very expensive
I've had a few, a 2012 plated Monster (just the small 696) that gave no trouble and was great fun.
A 2002 plate 996 that was a nightmare of unreliability - but beautiful.
And then this Panigale, I've had it about 2 years and it hasn't missed a beat. I'll get it serviced in coming month or two by Robbie, the renowned Ducati independent, and he's never been unreasonable price-wise.
So, to be honest, I'd say Ducati fully deserve their reliability reputation up to about 2012 era - and from then on have steadily improved. On servicing cost, I think you have to go independent or you will pay through the nose.
Didn’t get as much use over the fine weather as I would have liked but thoroughly enjoyed a blast down through Kinsale yesterday.
Makes a big difference having that extra hour of sunlight in the evening.
Nice, I've been looking at these. I've just finished the IBT and though it's only a 400 I reckon it might be less intimidating as a first bike even if it means renting a bike for the test? Did you pick that one up in Waterford?
I rented a bike for the test as well. Got a 125cc used it for a year then upgraded. The 400cc is really nice, I was finding the 500CBX I had before it too big for what I needed
How small are they in reality, I'm 6ft and don't really want something that looks like a trike either?
My mate has a CB500x and at 5'5 I found it tiny for me after the F650GS
Out of hibernation. Service, wash and a spin.
My S1000R in the middle.
The Guzzis here you just can't see it!
Fish n' Chips in Howth this evening
