The way I'm looking at it @Benimar is everyone is affected by it. The GW will most likely be a low average given only 6 more teams to play and many FPL players who have planned will have highly owned players from those teams.
I played WC last week and picked players for the BGW. Heard the Raph news but wanted to bank the transfer. Hwang gets me 1 solitary point. Ramsdale out means I'll have max 9 players. Lots of planning but meh so be it - it'll be a bit of a meh GW all around. Wouldn't overly worry about it.
