94 kts is the kind of speed you're expect of simple single-engine piston aircraft like a Cessna 152 or 172 or small Piper or similar. Likewise 3000 feet. The only trouble is that those wouldn't have anything like the range needed to fly from Argentina to Poland. Not without multiple stops to refuel, plus additional tanks and a route via The US, Canada, Greenland, Iceland, etc.
3000 ft suggests an IFR flight rather than a VFR flight, which I would expect at 2500 or 3500 ft. So perhaps someone entered the wrong transponder code?

Chernihiv Russia progressing quickly and going to encircle forces there and take it.., Russia may wait days and weeks, for the troops in Kherson and Kharkiv to link up before issue demands to surrender. Modern forces prefer to not drive into a city from just one side, you want to give defenders something to think about. Convoy may be waiting on orders from the Kremlin to stay put.

I'm going to be charitable to Mick Wallace (not a popular stance, I know) and say that he's so committed to an anti-war ethos, that he ends up sounding like a dickhead. In other words, a country gets invaded and Wallace seems to look askance at the idea of a country defending itself and thinks its leader is basically as bad as the aggressor by calling for military aid.
I would just like to add that by going into the whataboutery that Wallace and Daly do, you essentially work to paralyse a response to anything. In other words, instead of acting on something, we should stop and attempt to consider everything, thereby acting on nothing.
The amount (on this scale) is so small, I think what we'll see is that the bigger defaults at the end of March make more of a splash. For all we know this is the Kremlin paying for oligarch's wives handbags and might just be held by a couple of people. Might technically be noise, i.e., going from one account to another with all assets held in dollars by maybe someone linked to Russia and someone else.

It depends on the context though. Argentina couldn't service it's debts because it had no money, Russia can't service it's debts because even though it has the money, its assets are impounded and is partially locked out of the international banking system.
Regime change would see a recovery in Russian creditworthiness.

One thing I would say about the US is that you cannot believe a word the US say because they are a country that actively lied about another country having wmds and coerced other countries into war against that country even though they knew they were lying about that country having wmds.
