An international relations expert was saying on Six One that she can't imagine any scenario where Ukraine agrees to give up Crimea and the Donbass region in order to end the war - they have been seized illegally by a rogue and pariah state. But she also can't see Putin merely settling for Ukraine being a 'neutral' state, given his earlier angry and numerous demands.
