I'd say you will be fine. I am almost the same although leaving out competition law and adding in Citizenship/FMOW
Would anyone have something concise on DOC/SOC for tort please?
Hi, I can’t message you as your account is private.
Any one have an upto date equity exam grid and the Oct 2021 Equity paper please 🙏
What are people concentrating on for equity please :) trying to cut down on topics!
Thanks for this. 6 -7 topics seems to be the norm for EU but i'm nervous enough still!
I am thinking:
I have also covered undue influence, satisfaction & strongvbird in less detail in case they come up as note questions.
What about you?
Yeah I was planning on
Haven't started learning yet though so am quite stuck for time...
what are people focusing on for contract please? 🙃

Thank you so much, I think I've taken it off private now!
Hi,
Does anyone have an up to date grid for Property. In particular I am looking to see if licences and finding came up in October 2020, or March 2021 or October 2021. Thanks!!
Does anyone have any constitutional scripts? With marks if possible x

EU Feedback?
Thought it was a fair paper but ended up doing 3 essay type answers and struggled for time on my last Q.
How did everyone else get on?
One of the questions looked to be asking Article 56 (didn't cover it so skimmed over it and didn't do it) just curious whether it had a citizenship element or did he leave it off altogether??
I thought the same! I was surprised to see that workers was not on it. If you managed to do the directives question, how did you approach part 1 and 2?
I actually only got about half done so so my second half was very much in note form (really just tried to list all the cases to show I knew it)
Roger I said could claim against state, didn't impose regulation correctly so he can rely on directive etc
Portmarnock I said I think Portloaise (sorry can't think what way round the companies were) had sold off its remaining stock before Ms transposed so no indirect liability etc.
May be a claim again state for damages but relying on francovich/brasserie I said no but arguably so etc.
Again - was a full fleshed out answer, just bullet points etc
Would anyone have the Law School Constitutional syllabus summary for 2022?
I discussed indirect effect but ran out of time before I could apply it to the facts of it unfortunately! I would feel much happier if I was able to tie up that question. Any advice on how strict the EU marking can be?
