Not exactly a condemnation of the war. The main gist of the statement seems to suggest that people will suffer due to the sanctions against his company.
I think it's getting harder and harder to deny rogue countries are taking advantage of weak leadership in the US. Sending that giggling gombeen to Poland was a bit of a disaster, you could tell the Polish prime minister had to double down on his tough stance to make up for her speaking like she was opening a library.
The US have gone from voting for strong personalities to crowd pleasers and it's leading to more and more rogue states defying the stagnant leadership in western democracies.

Seeing a few news reports at some of the refugee intake/processing sites where they're saying there are some dodgy types prowling around on the periphery trying to talk to mother and child pairings who are struggling to get a placement. I know this is a fact of life in refugee situations, that there are bad people - traffickers or maybe even just deviants - looking to take advantage of the situation, but the fact that it's so overwhelmingly women and children in this particular situation makes it that much worse, still. To think there could be a desperate mother and child whose house maybe just got bombed and then waiting at a busy camp for some place just warm and safe to sleep, and then someone comes along who seems decent.... but they're not so decent. Hell. Hope authorities and volunteers are staying as vigilant as they can.
