Ukraine are looking to give up NATO membership with clauses to secure Ukraine's independence economically with ties to the EU or EU membership.

Is there any poster on this thread with any information on the cost in dollars this military campaign is for Russia. I just think that this war will only last until Putin has exhausted his cash reserves and then he will have no option but to call a ceasefire.

I've been asked where those with an interest in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) get information from. Well as the name suggests, there is an enormous amount of verifiable and scientific information available to " the man on the street" if you know where to look.
Sentinel 1 weather satellite pictures are one such source. These images are often taken across many bands, from infra red through to the visible spectrum. You can spot navy or amphibious flottillas using these images as the ships appear as grey dots. Ships who's ATIS or " transponders" are switched off, can still be tracked using this method. Its also possible to track enemy ship targeting radars as the "sweep" of the radars produce an interference on the satellites own ground mapping or wave height radars and these appear as red lines on the image, giving away the presence of such naval radars.
Another interesting site is NASA's Fire Mapping satellites that map current large fires or blazes. If you look at the map of Ukraine for the last 24 hours, you can see areas currently on fire or being attacked. The areas around Kiev are of particular interest. Here's the link.

I'd say Hungary are having some buyers remorse about cozying up to Russia. They would not have seen an invasion this size of Ukraine coming.
