It came up in March 2021 as an Essay but it was question 2 and an essay on Unconsionability.

I had heard that yesterday's criminal exam had a page of the property exam mistakenly stapled to the back of the paper 🙈 only the law society!
That's crazy! Wonder what they'll do in that situation in advance of the property exam? Was it actual questions or just like the front of the paper? Surely they would need to set new questions but knowing the Law Soc they'll not bother at all!

Yes, its a total mess in my brain right now as my manual is from 2020. What I wouldn't give to have a tutorial with my undergrad land law lecturer to clarify the law on this. I found googling the new 2021 Act and reading the main law firms (Arthr cox etc) statements on the Act to at least clarify the law as it stands right now today. Most published an update on their websites around Dec 2021.

So glad to have found this page! I did 4 FE1s in 2019, went travelling that November, got stranded in Australia and finally back at them!! Wondering what the story is with sitting them online. I'm typing mine and it's through zoom but the rules say you can only have zoom and moodle open. It doesn't make sense. What software do you use to type them up and what's the process please? I thought it was through some other software first but now it's panic and the disco!
