That flight could possibly delivering logistical support as the rate of arrivals into Rzeszow airport is far and above what they normally take.
It has a 3.2km runway (longer than Cork/ORK), but the apron and handling areas are a fraction of Cork's.
Two B52s over the Irish Sea currently - never seen that before. Callsign FEAR31/32.
There are four B-52s currently deployed to Fairford and they are flying training missions most weekdays. Looks like the Tain ranges in Scotland were the destination today.
Saw that earlier. Range would be less with more cargo on board I guess? If it was carrying heavy cargo then could have needed a refuelling at Shannon?
Speaking of Rzeszow, Ive been tracking this airport and area in general due to its proximity to Ukr. Tracking 2 daily Stratotankers, a Global hawk and other military aircraft in that area over the last couple of days.
If you would like to view any landings at Rzeszow, tehre is a pretty good live cam:

Hi guys, first time posting in here so be gentle.
There is a small plane WKT14 might be a king air flying a pattern over county sligo at the moment, does anyone know what it is doing? It took off from Birmingham. It looks like similar behaviour to the military planes in eastern europe. Is sligo about to be invaded lol.
Edited to add. There are 2 siimilar planes REV6ND REV6AF doing the same thing over cornwall/devon and one over south wales WKT58.
It's a survey aircraft it's probably carrying a ground penetrating radar or normal terrain mapping radar perhaps it could be looking for good sights for new wind turbines.
Thanks for your reply, seems like an odd time of night to be doing it.
Not daylight or weather-dependent and maybe there are good operational reasons for doing this at night.
Anyone know what this is? It just flew over here and was really loud..

A US air force c130
That's a civil-registered LM-100J Hercules, N67AU. It landed at Ramstein.
Air Force 2 up over latvia
More likely the Secretary of State than the VP and it is using a SAM callsign rather than AF2.
The F16s are out and about
As well as the chinooks
Looking at that formation id say its Starbuck and apollo flying
Air Canada now using DUB as stopover for flights from India?
Noticed two 787s overlapping each other on the apron earlier.
One had just landed while the other was taking off:
They have been doing that since they ceased overflying Russia ten days or so ago.
I heard a prop plane coming over me where I wouldn't general hear them, so piqued my interest.
Turned out to be a mil flight heading out over the Atlanta but then seem to divert to SNN.
It was out of maintenance at Cambridge.
Thanks for the answer.
This has had me compleatly confused for the past few days, after I spotted an evening departure bound for Vancouver and the now daily mid afternon arrivals from Vancouver.
There was no mention on the DAA Arrivals or departues section on the web/app, hence the confusion.
Interesting seeing the polish Air Force aircraft
Is this a fuelling aircraft ???
yes
