Would anyone have the examiners report of the october 2021 sitting of Company? :)
Yes, its a total mess in my brain right now as my manual is from 2020. What I wouldn't give to have a tutorial with my undergrad land law lecturer to clarify the law on this. I found googling the new 2021 Act and reading the main law firms (Arthr cox etc) statements on the Act to at least clarify the law as it stands right now today. Most published an update on their websites around Dec 2021.
Anyone willing to share what was on the page? 😂
Hi everyone,
I think this was discussed before but with regards easements, what are people saying for prescription and the new 2021 Act? The whole area seems to be a bit of a mess atm!!
Thanks!
What’s everyone focusing on for company??
That's crazy! Wonder what they'll do in that situation in advance of the property exam? Was it actual questions or just like the front of the paper? Surely they would need to set new questions but knowing the Law Soc they'll not bother at all!
I had heard that yesterday's criminal exam had a page of the property exam mistakenly stapled to the back of the paper 🙈 only the law society!
Hey all, there's an examiner report I'm looking for which dealt with the advantages/disadvantages of incorporation, would anyone happen to have it? I think it's from recent years, but I can't put my hand on it. I'd be really grateful if you could share. Thanks a mill.
Hey,
I just looked further through Oct 18 Company and Q6 is a question on dividends. There was also a directors question on ' to whom they owe duties to' Q1 and Restriction Q5.
Just looking at 2018 now - March or October and what Q. no?
Company Law
Is anyone doing notes on Dividends? Going through past Qs on directors and noticed they came up with dividends as recent as 2018 and starting to panic!!
Does anyone have any sample essays for EU competition law they wouldn't mind sharing?

Would anybody have a sample answer for optional provisions / old table A question for company? Was back in Oct 2016 and has probably served it’s time, but just incase 🤪 Thanks !
Hi guys, are you prepared for Company Law exam on the 14th March. Have a look at Incorporation. I hope it is helpful. Enjoy. Please like and share. Best of luck with your exams.
I was discussing Q5 of the Company Law paper from October 2021 which was an essay on S819 Restriction
Phew. No worries. 😅
Oh yeah I was looking at the wrong paper! The exams have my brain fried! Sorry about that!
Do you think you're looking at March 2021 as I can't see it on the October 2021 Paper.
It came up in March 2021 as an Essay but it was question 2 and an essay on Unconsionability.
I took loads because I drank half a bottle of water hahaha I always do it’s fine
How many bathroom breaks are you allowed. I took one an hour in today and another an hour and a half later. I was drinking lots of water. Is this allowed, very nervous now lol
I'm referring to Company Law
No it wasn't on the last paper? Certainly wasn't Q5, that was a note question on rectification, advancement or the maxims.
Anyone else have insight into this, would like this confirmed as a lot of us seem to be hoping on PE coming up and the city college Night Before Notes have it down as a suggested banker too
I think the main prediction is Product Liability. Nuisance/Land/Rylands hasn't come up in a few sittings so that's definitely due a run
