Of course I am sure pro-Russian propaganda and supporters will highlight it in order to hint and insinuate there's something nefarious to it. Likewise Moscow is claiming that Ukrainians are building a "dirty bomb" because they have nuclear reactors.
I disagree, The text states "If Ukraine should become a victim of an act of aggression OR an object of a threat of aggression in which nuclear weapons are used.
The regime might be winning the internal propaganda battle for now, but the longer the war goes on and the sanctions start to really kick in, it could really start to unravel. It will take some explaining from the state propagandists in a few week's time as to why the Russian army is still fighting in multiple parts of Ukraine and not making any progress.

Some may be underestimating the importance of the withdrawal of large brands en masse from the Russian market.
It's a huge signal to ordinary Russian citizens that something is very, very wrong.
Also, there may be a very dark reason why the "West" is, thus far, reluctant to engage further - they may be waiting for the atrocities to further galvanise their own citizens so as to delegate responsibility somewhat for the consequences of escalation.
I agree that the apparent "debacle" over the Polish Migs is hghly likely to be a smokescreen.

I don't buy into the conspiracy theories, from either side. These are biolabs, not bioweapons labs.
As for why you have labs in dodgy countries, there is a very mundane explanation. It's the same reason many Western companies do genetic engineering in China. You can get away with stuff that is not allowed in the West due to safety or ethical regulations.
