This could be the breaking point
It would be poetic if it is the Big Mac that finally brings putin to his knees.
I never said it would. But i am HIGHLY INTRIGUED about the possibilities of your next reply!!!!!

Genuinely - what are you trying to say? Did you actually read anything i have posted? I advocate any and all action against Russia - SHORT OF RISKING NUCLEAR WAR
8 years ago in eastern Ukraine they sent freezer trucks to ukraine to remove the Bodies of the Russian military , they were then transported across Russia to be buried in mass and unmarked graves ,
Families were told they were sent over seas on special missions to protect Russia,
You literally couldn't make it up
Hmm why?
Bit of a chicken egg thing here , two weeks ago the US president was saying an attack was within days with 100K + Russian troops at their doorstep.
I can imagine McDonald's bringing in the Hoff to sing in Moscow If putin falls
The functional state of the Russian nuclear weapon arsenal is an irrelevance and a red herring. If one in 10 worked, that would be enough for the world to be wiped out.
Hard to know whether this is propaganda or they really are detestable bastards even to their own.
So much for all the usual died a hero stuff you hear with the Brits and US. The Russians just see their soldiers as pigs to the slaughter, that's the optics given off.
Massive queues now reported in Moscow for McDonalds after the departure announcement
The hollow shows of unity from the west are continuing to fade.
Shell buying Russian oil, US leaving oil sanctions until end of 2022, and the BBC are now going to resume work in Russia.
Survivors of nuclear war will envy the dead.
NATO will not risk a world war for the sake of Ukraine.
You cannot negotiate with Putin or Russia. They cannot be allowed to occupy any part of Ukraine.
No need to panic lads. At least they aren't closing down their Supermacs
In other news: Health of Russian people trends upwards. 😁
One out of 3 aint bad - try better (and the BBC resuming service is hardly in Russia's favour)
Except he's safely tucked away in a bunker while outside his people are being bombed to death.
Less of the Churchill rhetoric and more commitment to negotiation and peace please.
People post photos of a destroyed Russian tank and mock their useless army but fact is Russia is making progress in key areas and building for huge assaults in Kiev and possibly Odessa. If there's no ceasefire soon Zelensky will have nothing left to rule but a mass cemetery.
They're nationalising McDonald's under a nostalgic theme.
Can someone explain why Russia's decision to "halt sale of foreign currencies until September" would be a "breaking point"?
Perhaps I'm lacking knowledge or naïve, but I'm not appreciating the significance (as yet).
Use or threat of use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine would bring the USA and UK to the field in line with their commitments under article 4 of the 1994 Memorandum on Security Assurances in connection with Ukraine's accession to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
The Russian Federation, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and The United States of America reaffirm their commitment to seek immediate United Nations Security Council action to provide assistance to Ukraine, as a non-nuclear-weapon state party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, if Ukraine should become a victim of an act of aggression or an object of a threat of aggression in which nuclear weapons are used.
Is it really how so?
Shell have no morals not a shock.
Plenty of other companies pulling out or pausing a few huge ones announced today.
I think the BBC returning to work in Russia is a good thing tbh they might actually produce some factual content for the Russians to consume instead of direct propaganda from RT and the likes
Only an uncultured barbarian would make a comment like that. Numerous Russian cultural figures have already criticised the war if you just informed yourself
I'm not, but he is: https://twitter.com/andreivkozyrev/status/1500611398245634050
So basically someone I think most people would regard as likely to have a higher quality of insight and input than most, believes Putin is sane, bluffing and wouldn't resort to using nukes agains the west.
I definetely favour the west putting boots on the ground in the south in particular, rescuing Mariupol and Kharkiv and protecting them with air cover and SAMS. Leave the north to ukrainian forces who would be freed up to go and attack the Kiev encirclement from behind. Russia loses.
The poor bastards. Haven't the Russian people suffered enough? 😂
Rolex have suspended sales to Russia.
Though to be fair to them, they were the only Swiss brand who refused to supply the Nazis with watches and timekeepers in WW2(which back then was a big deal), so not a shock.
Poor Meatloaf would be spinning in his grave
What kind of nonsense is this? He's the President, do you expect him to be on the frontline or something? Some bizarre takes on here, mostly from the pro-Russian comrades.
The US now believe putin is doubling down on smashing Kiev and installing a puppet regime, Putin has zero regards for civilian populations and Will go after the civilians to force a surrender.
This really could get brutal in the next Fortnite
Russia are starving the West of gas by diverting it to cremate their war dead.
They’re suspending sales.
Yes, and an ever growing hatred of the cause..Putin and his Russian Army.
