i would be obliged if you could send me the equity grid please? failed it in October by 3 marks! Thanking in advance.
I private mailed you, thank you!
Would anyone have an EU paper they have completed recently and could send to me? I have company I could send in return
Oh yeah it was on the last paper.
It didn’t come up the last sitting? Unless I’m reading the paper completely wrong 😅
Yeah hoping for the Incorp Q too.
My prep course lecturer thinks share transfer and minority shareholders won't come up as we're both on the last paper.
He also thought s238 for directors most likely
Receivership
Corporate Authority
Borrowing
Hoping Restriction will be there as the examiners report said it wasn't well answered but has already been on last 5 papers
Why did they say it is definitely due a run? It's been up the last 5 sittings in a row - if anything it's due a break!
What essays are people preparing for Criminal?
SLP (hoping for PQ about adv/dis/ of incorporation)
Ultra Vires Essay
Directors ( though I think I'll run out of time for s158)
Restriction ( not disqualification)
Shareholder Oppression
Liquidation
Realisation of Corporate assets
What are people studying for company? struggling to leave anything out are present.
I bought the Law Hero notes for another subject and I was not impressed. Some topics were okayish, but the structure, the material was not great for me and at €50... I wouldn't recommend.
Happy to send you on my personal condensed notes however, free of charge.
Look on fe1stopshop on instagram! have all last sittings papers on that.
Here is the link for the March 2022 videos and notes:

Has anyone found the law hero notes for Tort good? Finding my own notes way too long
For Equity,
I'm doing Prop. Estoppel as my lecturer said it's definitely due a run - does anyone have a sample answer on the essay of Unconsionability? Have plenty i can trade.
No i'm not. I might cover mergers last minute if I have time and capacity.
I'm covering:-
FR
General Principles / proportionality
Institutions
Citizenship and FMOW
Direct/Indirect effect and MS liability
FMOG x2
judicial review
If i can cram in mergers i will.
I went over all the passed exams to cross reference if just these subject would give me 5 questions and it did so just taking a chance as I feel very thinly spread with other exams.
For the criminal exam, in a situation where a group of people plan to commit a crime, and actually do go on to commit a crime, is there any need to address conspiracy, or is joint enterprise sufficient? I am a bit confused 😕
Criminal Law
Would anybody happen to have a copy of the October 2021 criminal law paper or even an updated grid please?
Last appeared March 2021 but also November 2020, March 2019, March 2017
What year/sitting is it from and I’ll see if I have it ?
Does anyone have a sample answer or any pointers at all for this question? Can't find anything helpful at all and I'm thinking it could come up. I've done up sample answers for other questions I think might come up so can pass those over in return!!
I decided not to sit constitutional law last october and didnt ring them or anything. Just didnt sit it.
about a week or so later after the exams had finished they sent out an email with a form for claiming a refund. Didn't have to have a sick note etc.. was very straight forward.
Got the refund in December.
Hi does anyone have exam scripts for Tort??
I have exam scripts for criminal and company that would be happy to swap.
anyone covering competition law for EU?
They just released videos not notes for this sitting. The old notes are still relevant
What are u covering for competition law?
im hoping for mergers
does anybody have a march 2021 report for company? :)
Have sat five exams online and have never done any formatting or anything like that and have had no issues. I just double tap enter for a new paragraph and do headings if the question has multiple parts. Oh and where there's a case name I'll usually do italics. Honestly doubt any of it even matters so long as you have the information down.
