What a complete nutjob. Is this f*cker blind.
You underestimate the number of complete gobsh!tes who will vote for someone based on a populist soundbyte
How he ever got elected, I will never understand…
Maybe it is to stir the pot... Generals who werent planning a move now worried Putin thinks they are. Who acts first...
Many lives were destroyed by his bankruptcy. Same with Trump. But the people that support him are never the intelligentsia. They are usual dull people, who fancy themselves as clever, and seek simple arguments to very complex problems.
When the person started spouting that war is never justified, even in the context of WWII, I terminated the conversation. I realise that this person is radicalised
The Ukraine is pancake flat, Afghanistan is rough ground that a goat couldn't traverse.
He might be a little off about Putin but loyal, maybe it was put out to mess with Kremlin heads, is he a turn coat or not?
I think we're going to see a big shift in the economic structure over the next while. I've been banging on for years about food being far too cheap and recently property prices have gotten far too high (in many urban areas in the west) and the way fuel and energy are generated and used are going to cause a shift as well. This is all just being accelerated now. I have zero idea what the stable outcome will be or when it will happen.
Or the VAT he collected and forgot to forward on to the State? A couple of million I think it was.
Champion of the workers alright. Raiding their fu^king pensions to keep himself in pink shirts
“First they came . . .” by Martin Niemoller
R.T. Smith
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
— Martin Niemöller
Did he mention anything about Mick failing to lodge the pension money his employees paid him(all on public record) or the small businesses that went bust when Mick bankrupted his company!
The bit about them finding the ancient frozen remains of some creature in the tundra and eating it shows what kind of struggle for existence those poor fu^kers had
Lets reopen the gulag after they sort out Putin and we can send the pair of fu^kwits over to it
What a smug POS....still couldn't beat Ukranian gymnast though!
I think whatever happens here your going to see huge changes in food/fuel and defense policies in the EU going forward.
Probably see much higher integration between UK and EU too if they can rid themselves of the Russian money.
Ach, I don't get Wallace and Daly. I am anti-militarism and I despise entrepeneurial MICs for what they do to their own people and the resources they waste and the carnage they cause, but you have the right to defend yourself when attacked. War is a necessity if you are under constant attack. Pacifism isn't about lying down to die or being totally disarmed. Non-aggression would be a better word....
Wealthy MEPs taking those positions must qualify as champagne socialism of the highest and fizziest order.
I posted this before, but there comes a time:
Just watched "The Week in Politics" and Richard Boyd Barrett was asked "what happens if Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are invaded next?"
Answer "We don't escalate it..."!?
😒
It's quite frankly astonishing the amount of soft power western democracies have.
Do you understand what "relative" means?
Population of Europe is about 700 odd million depending on what countries you take in. Population of the US is a good bit over 300m. That's a billion, or 1000 millions if you want. 44 is small relative to 1000 - no?
But maybe you think that struggling with 44 million wouldn't be an indication that they might struggle even more against over a billion.
He knows fully what is going on but there are a lot of people who fully support Putin knowing full well what he is at though quite a few not having to live in the country of course .
Boris is all good for the talk. But look at the relative lack of provision of support and sanctions by the British. It is all bluster.
”A little less conversation, a little more action”
Well Putin has your IP address.
Make sure ya keep wiping your door handles. It's not Omicron ya need to worry about for the next while 😉
Russia following the Zapp Branigan method of warfare
It started when the first Russian soldier crossed into Ukraine......and it will go on until the last Russian soldier leaves.
Like I said earlier, Putin learned from Assad. Look up Obama, red line, and Syria and see what came of it. He knows the West is terrified of war (not without good reason, but some wars are worth fighting)
It’s a similar population to SPAIN! It’s 44 million people FFS
That's some statistic (I know people are not statistics). But the fact that Russia have admitted to over 500 losses already which is more than the Brits lost in 20 years in Afghanistan!
Russia is like an abusive partner, trying to gaslight its victim and project all its wrong-doings onto them
Lord, the difference between these professional soldiers and the poor Russian guys is chalk and cheese. The years of the Ukraine getting their house in order after 2014 has clearly paid dividends. Modern weapons, good fatigues, good tradecraft and a very motivated army makes for, in the long game, an ultimate victory for the Ukranians.
Get the tanks into an urban theatre and it gets even worse for the Russians.
