How long does it take Russia to build new tanks planes and weapons?
Are they all built in Russia with russian parts?
The ability for Russia to replace lost vehicles and weapons might have a say on how long they go on for if this drags on/ new invasions are started.

I remember, many years ago, Battle and other comics with stories of WW2 and loving the idea of going to war. I also remember a few years later searching the Internet for the video of the beheading of an American journalist. I watched it, a few times, didn't bother me, I was a tough guy. Then when I got up I had to lie down on the floor for a few minutes. I can still remember the sounds of that video. When I see that journalists photograph I still get a bit emotional.
So which is better to show our kids? The sanitised version or the reality that will make them sick?
I don’t know so wait on an informed reply- but if what they’ve sent is anything to go with, and it contains tyres or something that needs regular servicing, previous recent experience is positive on that front, for anyone interested in Ukraine being victorious in this war
The sanctions will mean it next to impossible for them to build all but the most basic weapons. Even most of their steel comes from Germany. There's thousands of parts in most serious weapons and they come from everywhere including here.
Those two eejits may as well join some European far right or extreme right party, as they are giving us the exact same pro-Putin propaganda.
From what he is posting about fuel consumption, I'd say he has never had a car, and therefore no experience in things mechanical. But that would not be reason to put all his other posts in the same category..,

@Yurt2 has been bang on about his predictions and assessments. A few weeks ago, he was getting awful abuse on this thread. People were saying that a Ukrainian invasion would never happen and that it was all NATO’s fault. They were justifying all of Russia’s actions and predicaments.
The Russian army seems to be struggling to take over a country with a relatively small population that they expected to be able to roll straight across. All they would seem capable of doing towards the West would be a nuke.

Can you imagine how putins current and former mates, the oligarchs/ mafioso guys who are staring at losing billions are feeling. These guys are pretty unforgiving when that happens and putin is well aware of that. I don't know if putin prays but right now the only thing he can pray for is not that he gets to live but that the end will be swift.
I'll applaud if it happens. It seems like nonsense when it is being put up on twitter though. At best it is some attempt at sowing mistrusts.

I see another Russian general or some such out saying that the West supplying arms etc will be seeing as an act of aggression against Russia and basically threatening any country that helps Ukraine. When are the west going to stand up to these guys ? When are "we" going to show some teeth to this lot and show that we too can draw some red lines - surely stating that the West is willing to engage anyone shelling civilians fleeing a war zone ( particularly in a ceasefire ) and are willing to eradicate that threat is a good red line. Does the west not need to show it too has some things they simply wont accept ( outside of the protecting every inch of NATO nonsense )
i'd like to see how proud and smug the lad is if he's put in a russian tank hundreds of miles from home with no food and his tank just ran out of fuel.
