From what he is posting about fuel consumption, I'd say he has never had a car, and therefore no experience in things mechanical. But that would not be reason to put all his other posts in the same category..,
Those two eejits may as well join some European far right or extreme right party, as they are giving us the exact same pro-Putin propaganda.
The sanctions will mean it next to impossible for them to build all but the most basic weapons. Even most of their steel comes from Germany. There's thousands of parts in most serious weapons and they come from everywhere including here.
I don’t know so wait on an informed reply- but if what they’ve sent is anything to go with, and it contains tyres or something that needs regular servicing, previous recent experience is positive on that front, for anyone interested in Ukraine being victorious in this war
I remember, many years ago, Battle and other comics with stories of WW2 and loving the idea of going to war. I also remember a few years later searching the Internet for the video of the beheading of an American journalist. I watched it, a few times, didn't bother me, I was a tough guy. Then when I got up I had to lie down on the floor for a few minutes. I can still remember the sounds of that video. When I see that journalists photograph I still get a bit emotional.
So which is better to show our kids? The sanitised version or the reality that will make them sick?
I had Shogyu down as most likely to turn on Pootz earlier on in the thread. Just sayin'
Just a question for the military minded out there.
How long does it take Russia to build new tanks planes and weapons?
Are they all built in Russia with russian parts?
The ability for Russia to replace lost vehicles and weapons might have a say on how long they go on for if this drags on/ new invasions are started.
I don’t agree about the “brain cell “ reference- we know millions of Russians hang on the every word of their government and believe it -it’s sad, it’s not a reflection on them, but it’s fact
Its all about Oil and Gas, Look at the untapped resources in the Donbass region and the Crimea. Russia simply cannot have Ukraine in the Eu or Nato and be a direct competitor with Russia.
Whatever about lack of clarity over facts on the battlegrounds, did anyone hear our MEP Clare Daly on radio this afternoon? Justifying why she and Mick Wallace were 2 of just 13 MEPs who voted against EU condemnation of Russian invasion.
Couldn't have been clearer and should be equally clear that both will be booted far up their backsides and out of their seats come the next election , if we get to one.
Her logic was so warped & twisted, so contradictory to what she was spouting a couple of weeks ago that it was embarrassing. Who do they think they were elected to represent?
Two Russian streaming services were hacked and began streaming footage of Ukraine for a period of time today.
Vlad may have no option but to shut down the Internet.
Possibly stirring it to ramp up the paranoia and division within too
The body language and atmosphere looked tense last week- and that was the choreographed Kremlin version
If the sandal wearer's can do that, what can Russia do to another country then? This war will drag on for a long time alright. No winners.
My first impression is that it was a move to push the general to make a move as if his life wasn't it danger before it probably is now. That's assuming it did actually come from US intelligence.
In fairness about swear words- it shows aggression and loss of control - not something we need right now- the journalists are only too well aware of what sear words might be used as a result of their broadcasts - and indeed the violence that might take place-I for one, have nearly had to replace my TV on certain broadcasts- were all going through the same experiences you are -it doesn’t need expletives on national TV to get us there believe me
I hope its true that Putin falls - but in all honesty if we are reading about a probable coup - ON TWITTER!!!!?????
Apparently ineptitude is contagious among Russian officials
The uneasy alliances only last as long as they are mutually beneficial
Surely the time is now then instead of losing a very able and motivated ally and then taking action. How can you justify not helping on non nato country then helping the next.
Interesting.
Could prompt him to make his move or cause Putin to have a further headache about who he can trust.
It will go up anyway - all food production costs will rise - there’s a knock on affect all over
Who knows but if they all start turning on each it's good news.
Yes, Ukraine will win. Its a question of time, Russia will gain ground, as is happening at the moment, but that's the easy bit ( for them, and even that is proving much more difficult than they thought or planned for. ) Now holding it.....that's going to be their problem. The real fight back has not even begun yet, the Ukrainians are still at the arming and preparation stage. When a rag tag and bobble decrepit army of sandal wearing Afghans defeated the might of the Russian Army, what do you thing that dedicated and motivated heavily armed Ukrainian Guerilla will be able to do? Militarily, at this stage , it favours the Russians,,,just wait until the balance swings around though. Fixed positions are a god send to highly mobile attacking groups. As Hitler found out when he came in contact with Paddy Mayhew's LRDG ( who later morphed into SAS and SEAL team fighting units) Hitler declared that if they taken prisoner, the normal RED CROSS POW laws did nit apply, and they were to be summerly executed. And that's what the Russian Army will be facing.
Jaysus, last thing we want is those around him with common sense being removed
I'll wait for something concrete on it though
Try commuting from the satellite towns at 6.30am @ 120kph 😃😃😃😃😃
First question with any tweet the invasion is "Who's tweeting it?"
That looks like just a random punter. Would need something stronger than that to be interesting.
Ah, maybe it was staged. I saw a piece of footage the other day where families were getting off a train in poland and getting supplies. The children were getting teddies and a bloke shoved the biggest ones into a few children's hands and ushered them over for a photo op.
That's fair enough it's just how these narratives are made. It wasn't a lie or anything, it was just making sure to present it the best way they could. I saw the Russians handing out supplies to the locals in one of the cities. That's them doing their propaganda and that's their business.
If Russia Stops fighting, there will be no War
If Ukraine stops fighting, there will be no Ukraine
This conflict is black and white. There can be no Equivocating the sides in this war
Glory to the Ukraine
Moralistically, there's an argument to made for showing people the naked horror of war, like if enough people realise how bad war is, maybe we won't do it ever again.
Capitalistically, though....Ka-ching!
It's not a member but if he goes there then it is only a matter of time till he goes to the Baltic.
Hit him while he is extended.
