For all thier faults and they have more than enough in their history, today they're a democratic European nation and while ground troops would be in play in such a scenario I'd be beyond shocked if they started throwing nukes around. I can't recall them threatening the Scotish nationalists with nukes or a 'peacekeeping mission'.

Something that really pisses me off about the coverage of this conflict is how the main stream media report on thousands of dead but are too **** sensitive to show it.
They are essentially sanitising a war because they don't or can't broadcast the reality of it.
That's a very bad thing, because people don't realise, beyond the standard tear jerk humanitarian stories, what is actually going on.
