Hey all, not sure if I am missing something but I see that city colleges have put up their Night Before Notes lectures, but I cant seem to find the notes themselves? The notes are usually just downloadable from the same page, have they put them somewhere else?

Yeah I'd say so. A. 101 and 102 came up last sitting so can't see them making an appearance again. You could throw in discrimination based on sex/Directive 2006/54 as well as it's reasonably short and easy to learn but I'd say you'd be grand with what you've covered.
I registered for 4 exams but have decided not to sit EU this sitting. Does anyone know if you can get a refund? LS website doesn't give a clear answer.

Yeah i couldn't sit two in March 2021 cos I had Covid and they just refunded it without me even asking. Definitely ring them and let them know you won't be sitting it though just so it's flagged...and remind them again once the results are out.
Sitting my final exam in a few weeks, Constitutional, and really not sure to start as I feel its a very different exam compared to the others. For the others, I relied heavily on sample answers and past exam papers and found this to be good enough to pass. Any tips for how to navigate Con?
The usually put a link on the website for a refund for those who don't sit the exam.
I can give you Company. I passed Equity in October for my exam grid for that doesn't include the October sitting but I will send it on in any event

I passed it last sitting so can only go on what came up last time but seeing as Mandatory and AP Injunctions came up I'd guess mareva but be due a run.
I also think because strong v bird came up that DMC might come up.
Trustees and Charitable are obviously musts and both usually always come up.
Tracing, Secret Trusts, UI, Quistclose, Joint Accounts, etc might be worth looking at

For anyone sitting the exams using the online system - are you formatting your answers with spaces between the lines etc? Have seen some scripts doing this but can't figure out how to do line spacing automatically on the better exams page - Let me know if you've any advice please :)
Have sat five exams online and have never done any formatting or anything like that and have had no issues. I just double tap enter for a new paragraph and do headings if the question has multiple parts. Oh and where there's a case name I'll usually do italics. Honestly doubt any of it even matters so long as you have the information down.
