The world needs a independent army, who job it is to maintain world peace. Every country should be required to put money into it. They then would be in the skies in Ukraine, and Putin would have no one to attack over it.

Israeli PM travelled with his housing minister who was born in....Kharkiv. Interesting. Speculation that the PM and his team broke the sabbath to travel. This is very unusual and not sure if I believe it yet. Jewish law permits breaking the sabbath to save a life, so they could have rationalised it that way.
I suspect still a long way to go because Putin needs a 'win' of sorts. Trying to get him that 'win' will be the hard part. Obviously Ukrainians will agree to a ceasefire at any moment.
We should all stop and notice something very important about people doing the whataboutery bit. They pontificate on 'what about...' but never really follow through on the point. They just leave a space, there. They talk and talk of hypocrisy but say little on how that should inform actions toward the crisis at hand. What could they say?
"Yeah, well no-one was outraged about the Iraq war, so why should anyone be outraged about this one?" i.e. let's just be cynical about everything. Let the Russians do what they want. Use something that has been done to reduce support for something that could still be prevented.

The only thing more overdone than the exageration of Russia's military cpabilities is that of China's and their influence over Russia and the idea they posess a single moral fiber or give a sh*t. No chance they could or would lift a pinkie. That nuclear defence treaty they have with Ukraine is less meangful than Trumps recognition of an agreement with Iran and the EU.

Israeli PM meets with Putin
The Israeli Prime Minister, Naftali Bennet, has just met with Russian President Vladimir Putin this afternoon to discuss the invasion of Ukraine.
AFP is reporting that Bennet offered to have Israel mediate talks between Moscow and Kyiv.
A statement from Bennet’s spokesperson said:
Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has just concluded a meeting in the Kremlin with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The meeting lasted for about two and a half hours
Including in Ireland - 100,000 people marched in Dublin against it. It's a total myth that it was a popular war.....it was mostly backed by right wingers and militarists.
What you think and reality, are often different things. Israel has to run any major foreign policy move by Washington. And it's now confirmed on news sources that Washington was notified and approved it.

It's a big step and the war is going terribly for Putin. Yes, meeting ended as it was announced. I think he wants out of this. Think about it this way, if your war is going well and all is okay at the home front, would you be keen to meet foreign dignitaries for ceasefire talks? he's feeling the pressure.

I'm currently giving it some serious thought myself. Unfortunatly my main shower is out of commission at the moment. I think the wretched government should allow people who do host refugees to claim back all the government charges levied on electricity, heating fuel, petrol and diesel, just as a start.
Ryanair and O'leary - I do think they should should do more and reduce the costs of flights for refugees and separate them from their usual booking price algorithm:

I mean it's entirely possible that Israel is only there to press Putin on the safety of the Jews in Ukraine; and to ask him not to bomb any more Jewish locations. See this Times of Israel article.
The other story that's of interest to Israel w.r.t Russia is that Russia is using any nuclear deal with Iran as leverage.
I'm not sure I'd be looking to Israel to be an arbiter of peace: they remain to this day the only military who have intentionally destroyed a nuclear reactor. Twice.
